This was a busy week for me, with holidays and all that. I didnt get a chance to update things here, but I've still been keeping up with my new garden. So this week my boy who gave me the clones came over. We figured since he was here we might as well do some pruning and topping. He plucked off a bunch of fan leaves from both plants. I didnt want to top the smaller plant since shes already a bit shorter than the other one. And her nodes are so close towards the top of the plant that it's tough to even get a hold on the stem between nodes. Since the bigger plant is still 6+ inches taller after all the supercropping, I've been wanting to top her. I was having trouble figuring out where to top her. Apparently this can be harder with clones. My boy plucked the 1st top for me and I think I learned enough to top her again in 2 weeks.
I also learned that the plants aren't actually the same. 1 is waffle cone. The other was a different strain but my boy couldn't remember the name. I should text him now that I'm thinking about it but I knew they had to be different. They just seemed to be growing so differently. I guess I dont really care what stain they are tbh. Growing has been a great time investment for me so far. I've learned a ton of shit and I get that excited feeling every time I open my tent. In that end I'm gonna smoke or eat them no matter what she looks/smells/tastes like lol
@GuerrillaNo_4, yeah I was given some oversized clones so I pretty much started training s couple days after I got them home and transplanted them. I figured if I was gonna mess up and break/kill branches I better learn early on so they have time to recover lol. I wasnt sure how well they would respond but it's nice to hear that it should help in the long run.
