I had tried the paper towel method for 48 hours (18-12-20)for the first time and nothing. Usually within 2-3 days straight in soil I’ve had 100% success rate. So on 20-12-20 I put it straight in the soil with water bottle as a dome and woke up this morning and she’s ready to go!
She’s throwing pistils now quite a bit. Late preflower. I may have to start defoliating the right side a bit due to leaves stacking up on top of eachother, I feel if I leave it like that for too long it’s asking for PM. She’s coming along!
So I readjusted the LST I think for the final time. Made the canopy as even as possible. The only training I may do going forward is some light defoliation here and there so leaves don’t cover bud sites or overlap too much.
I weekly feed 2TBSP of Power Bloom and 1 TBSP of Glacial Rock Dust. With 1ml of fishshit per gallon of water.
So she's doing good! Unfortunately, I'm noticing some light nitrogen toxicity. She's clawing a bit, and dark green. First time I get this with Gaia Green. I will not be toppping with anything this week, just water and see how she does.
So she was doing great, I’ve started getting some yellowing (chlorosis) on the top leaves and a bit of twisting at the ends of the new growth which makes me thinks it might be Zinc deficiency. Now some fan leaves are starting to yellow at the edges, starting from the tip. Something is going on. If you have any idea what it might be im all ears!
@timbarin, Thanks! :) I think it's awesome you can check up on them without removing the bottle, and if you want 100% humidity you can always screw the cap in!
Edit: I also spritz the inside of the bottle lightly to get that humidity up real quick.
