The seeds were soaked in water last Friday for 24 hours and then placed into paper towel to finish off the germination. After about three days the tap roots were pretty decent so I put them into soil. After about a day they all popped up besides one the needed help.
These blackberry kush seeds from ILGM have been growing pretty steadily, when some of the new growth comes in you can start to see purple hues come through and then eventually turn green. Not bad for a week difference. Using happy frog soil for this grow.
These blackberry girls are doing what they need to. I have two that are pretty exceptional and then the other two that are a little behind. The plan for these are to grow them wide and bushy, so LST and topping will be something of a learning process for this grow.
Hope everyone is enjoying my blog and feel free to ask questions. Thank you!
So I had to get rid of one, the plant was showing way too much deformation within the leaves that I didn’t want to spend time with. Overall the growth looks promising with the three I do have, as I keep training the plants, I’m hoping for a bushier grow before I switch the lights.
