Day 1 - 4 : Just started coming up, Planted 4 days ago.18 hr light. VEG BLOOM both on. Light at 20 inches Just kept top wet, by adding drops of water. PH - 6.41 Day 5: Few small leaves, a little bit shy, so moved light to VEG Mode only and away at 30 inches. 18 hr light. Gave NPK 2:1:1 by Greencity, mixed in 1 Litre, and poured in the soil. PH - 6.06 Day 6: Growing good. Just top watering around the plant now, so that roots seek it for a longer network. I will water now after everything is dry. PH -6.06, NPK 2:1:1 by Greencity, mixed in 1 Litre, and just top watering little by little in the soil. Day 7: Looks like growth is slow. Light is again at 20 inches now. PH -6.16, NPK 2:1:1 by Greencity, mixed in 1 Litre poured around the soil. Day 8: Still looks like the growth is slow. Made a solution with 0.5ml of each humic acid, seaweed, and silica by City Greens in 1 litre water. Only topped the soil with 200ml of this combination. PH - 6.11

Day 1 Veg: Combined City Greens NPK 2:1:1 with Silica, humic acid, seaweed, everything in a liter. Topped the soil with 200ml/1 Litre of this PH - 6.1 Day 2 : Topped the soil with 200ml/1 Litre of above combination/ PH - 5.8 Day 3: NPK 3:1:1, 1 Litre poured in the pot. PH - 6.0 Day 4: Still not dry, so no watering. I see an orange spot on one of the leaves. Looks like Calcium deficiency. I will check if it increases to confirm, and will add CalMag later. Also switched light distance from 20 inches to 25inches as I noticed leaves were curling up a little. Day 5: Looks like nutrient water got sprinkled while watering last time, and I believe that is the reason some of the leaves are burned, lets see. I just added NPK, with more nitrogen this time 1 liter into the pot. PH - 6.1 Day 6: The spots on leaves persist, will add cal/mag to the next dose which will be tomorrow. Growth looks ok. Day 7: The spots on leaves still persist, so I added cal/mag to 500ml water and poured it strategically into the pot. Growth looks a Lil bit accelerated now, I hope the dots vanish. PH - 6.3

If you can see Veg Week 1 Photos, Photo named Day 7 Zoomed, I have been seeing these dots for 2-3 days now. What is it? how can it be solved? FYI - These were the first set of leaves, others look healthy. My guess - nut water got sprinkled or cal/mag deficiency.
Solved
Leaves. Veins - yellow between
Leaves. Color - Dark-brown

Your plant won't have N deficiency in its first week of life. You are already giving nutrients so N deficiency is out of question. First single blade leaves with those spot on them is something I encounter in every grow because I put them directly under HPS lights which make the room a little bit hot and first set of leaves are very sensitive to it. But , it always disappears after second set of leaves because plant gets over the stress by itself, means there is nothing to worry about as you watch the light distance. This is a heat + light related temporary problem.I entered the topic knowing exactly what you asked, before looking photos. This is a common thing that won't affect the plant growth. Your plant has already 3rd set of leaves in only 7 days, great progress so far. If it was N deficient, you wouldn't have seen this much growth.Watering regime looks good too,no worries.

Day 8: Bottom leaves got light burned a little, in its early phase. will have to live with it the entire growth :(. Will water with NPK when it dries. Growth looks ok. Day 9: Bottom leaves got light burned a little, in its early phase. will have to live with it the entire growth :(. - Regrets. Watered with NPK 2:1:1. 200 ml. PH - 6.2 Growth looks ok, I can smell it a little if I go close. Day 10: Just watching her grow. Day 11: Just watching her grow. Noticed a small tip burn at one of the leaves, zoomed photo posted. Let's see, if it grows or persists, need to take action if it increases tomorrow. Day 12: Definitely nute burn, it shows on the second pair of leaves that were formed (DAY 12 Zoom Photo). First definitely got heat burnt and nute burn as well. I just made this baby go through hell from start it seems. Lesson learned, will just give normal ph water, until the plant demands nutes. Day 13: Nute burn spreads, topped with ph'ed water only - 500 ml. (for a flush) PH - 6.0 Day 14: Nute burn has slowed down, ph'ed water again - 600 ml. (for flush again) PH - 6.1

Day 16: Poor baby had some of her tip leaves burned due to extra nutrients but is growing well since flush last 2 days. Will add only water till I seriously see some deficiency or any other signs. Day 17: Flush week. Watching them grow and I hope no more nute burns. Day 18: Flushed by 2 ltr., I hope the nute burns stop proceeding, rearranged the medium a bit, and removed excess around the plant. Day 19: no water. Leaves crumbled a little on touch (the one's with nute burns at tips) Day 20: Just watching grow now, looks like growing good.LST - only main branch. Day 21: Consistently LST main branch , watered PH plain water 500ml. PH - 6.3

Day 22: LST. Watching them grow. Also removed 2 fan leaves. If this plant thrives, it's a benchmark of seedsman seeds. Day 24: Growing but looks slow. Watering only when she needs, doing LST. I don't have a special garden wire, so using thin cotton threads with farming tools. lol. but works. Day 25: Just watered her 500ml. Day 26: Looks like she drank enough water, was thirsty, gave her 200ml plain water again. Day 27: Nutrient burns still spread in fan leaves, now I am worrying why is this happening at this stage even after the flush. Day 28: Being worried about fan leaves still getting burns, I flushed it again today. :(

Earlier my plant suffered from nutrient burn as I fed it nutrients by mistake in week 2. You can see the pic in earlier weeks. If you see Week 4 Day 27, the fan leaves are still getting burned, this is the topmost fan leaves, also some random fan leaves below are suffering?

Hi !

Leaves around flowers are healthy , but some fan leaves need defo, will remove once they're dead , so that they take excess nutrients if any.

It's looking good, except few leaves, are still dying due to deficiency which will be up soon as have fed organic slow nutes. Feeding NPK as 1:2:2. Removing leaves every 3-4 days that are burning.

I believe this should be the third last week to harvest. Day 52: just adding npk 1:3:2 This is how a stunted plant looks like in flowering. Gave her hell since the start.

Got Advanced nutrients, so fed this. Looks like trichomes are milky and transparent. so 1 more week I believe. Few of them look like an ember, like 4-5% I will start flushing for a week then dark, and harvest by next week same day.
