Masha_Bro Hey everyone! So here’s a new report called 8 Plants (FastBuds), but as you can see in the photo, there are actually nine, and the ninth is Blue Dream Matic. I decided not to do a report on her since there was already one last year. Honestly, I didn't really want to make a diary because I have no time at all. :( But I'll still try to dedicate some of my free time to share my results with you! So comments and likes will be appreciated) and also your advice! Wishing everyone well! So, let me introduce my little ones) Gorilla Glue Auto Gorilla Cookies Auto Girl Scout Cookies Gelato Auto Stardawg Purple Lemonade Zkittlez Auto Smoothie Auto Blue Dream Matic Let’s see how these little ones behave in the new year :) So, here we go, on 12.16.20 I put the seeds in water (regular tap water that was previously settled, ppm 200, adjusted PH to 6.0) I took 3 tablespoons of 3% hydrogen peroxide for 200 ml of water. I mixed it all well and poured it from one cup to another for aeration, so to speak :) Then I placed the seeds with the root embryo in jars between two cotton pads and watered them with the same solution. I breathed into the jars, closed the lid, and put them in a dark warm place for about two days! Then on 12.19.20, I planted them in peat tablets. Well, you can see the photos of the little ones: Stardawg and Girl Scout Cookies are a bit behind.. but I think everything will be fine and they will catch up with their friends :) So, one week has already passed.. tomorrow I need to transplant them into coconut. I bought Ugro Small coconut in an 11L brick. Once I transplant them, I’ll make a report for week 2. Thanks everyone! And Happy New Year 2021! May it be better than this one!) Peace and love to all! :*

Masha_Bro Stardawg didn't make it. I removed it from the report.. replaced it with Blue Dream Matic. 31.12.2020 Watering Nutrients. Seems like it's too hot for her. And the Purple Lemonade leaves are bumpy and look kind of dry... the ppm also doesn't seem to have decreased after watering with water...

Masha_Bro Fourth week.... pH has dropped from about 6.1 to 6.3 and isn't going down any further. Weather conditions are making their adjustments.. at night the temperature dropped to 10 degrees. Because of that, the coconut is wet. It looks like overwatering.. for the last 4 days, I've been watering every other day. 01/14 - Day 27. I did a FIM cut and removed excess leaves.

Masha_Bro The last week of veg.. it has started to flower, very bushy, I did maximum LST and removed some obstructive leaves! but it looks like I’ll need to remove more because it's a dense forest =) Also, it's very hard to mix the nutrient solution for all the plants.. there are some underfed.. and some overfed.. this week I’ll try to even everything out... overall, all the plants are developing similarly, the stems are swelling very strong, and the roots have also spread out! except for the Purple Lemonade! it's been sick since the beginning.. =( we’ll wait and see if they all shoot up this week!!! The next watering will be around 800-850 ppm, mostly there’s a slight underfeeding for everyone! only the Purple Lemonade is overfed. Today marks the end of the fifth week, day 34. For the last 3 days, I’ve been trying to even out the ppm. there’s a slight underfeeding, but overall everything is going according to plan...

Masha_Bro Start of week 6... SOS... help me answer the question of how to deal with the damn mold? It suddenly appeared on all the pots..(( The humidity was high.. I think I've fixed it now... maybe I'm overwatering, should I cut back on the watering? Water every other day? Now I'm afraid it will spread to the plants..( but so far it seems to be only at the bottom... 01/29/2021 - day 42. I'm leveling out the ppm on each plant.. there's a slight salt buildup on the Girl Scout.. but I think it's fixable..

Hey, cool bushes! Can you tell me what schedule you use for watering with ripen and then water, and how often you water, or do you go by drying? And roughly how many weeks do you prepare for harvest? I would appreciate your answer.
Flauros
Flauros commented6y ago
@Masha_Bro, I had my second-to-last watering today, decided to give a little Ripen and then I'll flush with FloraKleen. The schedule is getting tight, the auto has been going for 113 days ) amber has appeared ) thanks for the reply )
Masha_Bro
Masha_Bro commented6y ago
@Flauros, Ripen 1000 ppm, just don't overdo it... always check the drainage levels.. if the ppm goes above 1500, stop watering or just reduce the Ripen dose... for me, the ideal is a golden middle! at this stage, drainage output should be 1000-1400 max..
Flauros
Flauros commented6y ago
@Masha_Bro, got it, thanks. I had a salting issue with regular nutrients at those levels, barely managed to stabilize it.

The pH in coconut will be high until it is saturated with calcium and magnesium. This is called buffering, which you apparently haven't done. Add more cal-mag, water it, and after 15 minutes, give it the standard mix. And remember, don't water with plain water, it washes out the cations from the coconut, and during the next watering, the coconut kind of takes those cations back, and proper nutrition starts from the second or third watering.
Masha_Bro
Masha_Bro commented6y ago
@Afterglow, today I poured cal mag 1 ml per liter 180ppm + I have hard water 250 ppm and the pH is not dropping from 6.3.. I also went over the leaves with cal mag. I added new photos, please take a look, am I doing the compost right? The ppm is quite high, it’s not going well for the veg stage at all.
Afterglow
Afterglow commented6y ago
@Masha_Bro, don't get too carried away with cal mag, and use the 3-2-1 formula (Grow, Micro, Bloom) during veg. There's enough magnesium in there. Also, Micro comes in hard and soft versions. Which one are you using?
Masha_Bro
Masha_Bro commented6y ago
@Afterglow, micro for hard water. Well, at first I did everything wrong, and now it's harder to fix the mistakes.

It's not mold; when I grow in fabric bags, I always have this on the walls, but it won't transfer to the plants. If it really bothers you, take a sponge and wipe all the bags, but I wouldn't touch it.
Masha_Bro
Masha_Bro commented6y ago
@bioaccessory, thanks for calming me down :)
Afterglow
Afterglow commented6y ago
@Masha_Bro, you have hard water... it's probably carbonates.
bioaccessory
bioaccessory commentedweek 96y ago
The plants eat a lot, the pH should rise slightly 👆 the indicators are close to ideal, in my opinion 👍😉
Afterglow
Afterglow commented6y ago
@bioaccessory, if there’s a lack of phosphates, they will be consumed very quickly... All phosphates are anions, and when they are depleted, the pH increases. The higher the pH rises, the more it indicates a lack of nitrates during the vegetative stage or phosphates during flowering. It's true that pH should rise, as sulfates and carbonates are also being depleted. But when pH rises rapidly, it clearly indicates a deficiency in nutrients and a blockage of cations (mainly metals). In my opinion, the plants are lacking nutrients. I would add more phosphorus, increasing the dose by 0.5 times.

4 liters of water per day for one 10-liter pot? Isn't that a bit too much?
Masha_Bro
Masha_Bro commented6y ago
@yoshiyoshifd, overall 3-3.5 liters was hot. the substrate dried out quickly.. and that leads to salting... so I added 4 liters.. but normally 3 liters she eats very well...
