1st Grow Ever! (Endangered Cookies)

Unfortunately, I've had a couple plants dampen off. Some aren't growing vigorously. I want to remove the dome but the media seems to dry out so fast, I also see no roots through the cup. I've seen other diaries and these seem to be growing slowly. I had a bit of light burn and I'm thinking about switching from bottled water to pH'd water, no nutes yet though. I don't have any strong growing Endangered Cookies so I'm going to pop 5 more Day 19...I really confused why these are so small. The pots feel light but I've been lightly watering daily, maybe that's the issue? Maybe it's light? I've raised it to about a foot away, hopefully I'll see some improvement in a week. The nodes are really tight and the seedlings aren't stretching so I'm assuming it's a light issue
