Trying new nutrients again. Only growing a couple of plants this time. Put down 3, but only two popped and one of those is moving slowly. I may try LST. seeds were soaked overnight in tap water and then put into soil soaked with the above nutrient mix. Pots are 3 gallon G-leaf fabric pots. Let's do another one.

End of week 2. Everything looks good so far. I am measuring all water added this grow in an effort to really monitor the soil conditions. I am feeding right now .75 gallons of water to each plant with the above measured nutrients. So far just one watering/feeding per week due to small size of plants. The pots are 3 gallon fabric pots. They are under the cloches right now so I am not worried about the low humidity. I will add an humidifier in a week or so.

Looking great, but no sign of flowers yet. I was planning a 4 week veg. because the breeder said that this is an 8 week harvest plant, but it is not looking like that to me, so I am planning for 10 weeks to harvest. I will be moving to bloom nutrients and bloom lighting in week 5. Still measuring all water and still using only .75 gallons/plant with nutrients right now. I like the 3 gallon pots better than the 2 gallon pots I used for last grow, 3 gallon pots seems to be right for smaller indoor grows like mine(tent is 2'x2.5'x7'). The plants just never got big in those, but these are looking on track right now to be very nice, plus with 300w led lighting, I should get bigger, denser nuggets.

End of week 4. So far so good. Starting to see first flowering signs so onto the bloom schedule feeding and lighting starting next week. The one plant started slowly, so for those who are newer, when that a happens to an autoflowering plant it never recovers it's lost time, but don't give up on them, because even if they are a little smaller, they still produce the buds. Even if the buds stay smaller, it still smokes just as good. I am still on 1 weekly watering of .75 gallons of water plus nutrients. It just made it to the end of this week so there will be one watering with nutrients/week and the rest with just plain water as need, but I will keep track of all water and post it here.

End of week 5. Showing some signs of what looks like calcium deficiency on the bigger plant. So, in addition to the .75 gallons of water with the above nutrients, a second watering with just cal/mag was done at 5ml/gallon ratio in one gallon of water. Looks like I will need to really ramp up the cal/mag with this. They smell great. It looks like this variety could be a good plant for those who want a smaller plant. At the end of 5 weeks it is only 15" high and finally showing a lot of new bud sites. By next week, I will be doing LST on the smaller plant. I still do n to see this being an 8 week harvest type plant and continue to look harvest at week 10.

End of week 6. Still some signs of calcium deficiency. 2 waterings this week. First .75 gallons of water with the above nutrients and one other with .75 gallons of water and 1 teaspoon/gallon of cal/mag. The bud sites are exploding and it looks like it is on for 10 week harvest right now. They grew some but still this looks like a good plant for those with height issues in their grow box. Thanks for looking...

End of week 7. I am going to have to disagree with the breeder on this strain. I do not see how this can be finished by the end of week 10. I am using a very good 300w full spectrum led for two plants and there is no way I will be in a position to harvest these in 3 more weeks. If it truly is a 8 week flowering time, then I am looking at 12 weeks minimum based on when it started flowering. So, we will see. Still some signs of calcium deficiency. In addition to the above feeding using .75 gallons water/plant, I had another watering of the same with just cal/mag @ 2 tsp./gallon rate. They are filling out nicely though and there are a lot of good bud sites. The smell is great and the buds are starting to fill out. Still short at 24 inches, but overall very full plants.

End of week 9. Did some trimming of leaves to open foliage. still signs of cal/mag issues, but near the end now. They really started to fatten up and frost up this last week. while it may be possible, in a pinch, to harvest after week ten with this strain, I cannot see it being "ambered up". I am planning to harvest after week 12 with the flushing to start after next week. These have a very strong skunky/cheese odor. There are a lot of bud sites and the plants have stayed pretty small. It looks like they will be giving a great yield though even with the small size.

End of week 10. As stated last month, you could harvest these at week 10, but even with good lighting etc., only around 50% of the trichomes are even cloudy. I will start flushing this week and intend to pull after week 12. They have really started to pack on some weight. I know some have mixed feelings about strains with Big Bud, but there is something to be said from time to time about bulking up the stash and these are good for that. The smoke will be rated in a few weeks, but the yield should be great from what I can see here. These nuggets are very, very dense and heavy. I think the yield for two plants of this size(24") is going to be awesome. Even the side buds are very dense. The odor is very strong.

End of week 11. They really smell strong. The last 7-10 days have them dripping with crystal. One more week and they will be perfect. I wish I could convey how really dense, hard, and large these buds are, even the side buds are the size of large eggs and feel just about as hard. These are going to have a great yield for 2 plants under 2' tall. I will be cutting next Monday with a smoke report to come. Thanks for following along.

Overall an easy, big, yielder. Strong odor though, so be aware. Looking forward to the first smoke and final yield numbers. Stayed tuned one more week and I will have it all for those interested. For two auto flowering plants, I must say the yield looks huge. Give it a shot. Smooth smoke. Leaves you happy and very relaxed. 🙏00
