Another Magnet experimental girl now I've grown a couple I have somewhat of a baseline.
She's served well in the past so I expect the same again or better.
Slightly different soil without the vermiculite which I thought may have been a problem on a different grow but I have since found out another reason
Well here goes
Yeah so... I may have bought Mud.
This girl is going to have a lot of work to do to get roots down.
I've ploughed the soil with a kebab skewer to try and help her breath and root in. I had considered re potting her but figured it was both an experimental and learning opportunity, so I'm just going to ride this one out
The Big B number 3 is in some mud like shite soil but pumping through no problem.
I accidentally bought really heavy, thick soil and planted unaware it was going to turn into a fucking brick.
Not the worst of my recent mistakes by a long stretch.
✌️
This girl weighs a ton and I mean but by the soil that she is in.
By soil I mean concrete
After accidentally buying the wrong sort of substrate it was too late to start messing around and changing her.
But alas she seems to be handling it well and is built like an ox
When it comes to overcoming adversity this girl is going to prove her worth
She has been brought up in what I can only describe as clay and yet she is fighting with a trunk as thick as a Oaktree
We are all aware Bruce Banner turns into the Incredible Hulk on most occasions.
It is certainly going to take all this girl strength to fight through what could possibly be described as concrete for substrate.
You know when you pickup a plant pot that you have forgotten water for a week and it's light in weight and then you pick up a plant pot you have remember to water and there is some weight in it...... I still haven't watered this girl since the moment I planted her and would probably sink if I took her swimming she is heavy
I really wish there was a way I could actually show you just how heavy this soil is...... how this girl is even growing is beyond me?
Perhaps I have stumbled upon a new technique of growing in concrete but I hardly doubt it
every time it comes to updating the diary I am shocked at how well this girl is doing.
I say every week that she is going concrete but she really is.........
I've still got quite a bit of Bruce Banner from the last harvest and know that this girl come through with the quality she's destined to give
BB#3 a.k.a. Bruce Banner number three is giving everything she's got to growing the concrete that I've accidentally planted her in.
this girl be beauutiful when she's finished
week in week out I mention how impressed I am this girl and the way she's grown in what I can only consider as concrete.
With this being my third Bruce banner grow, I have to say that I have been impressed so far
the concrete Queen is actually budding a lot better than I ever envisioned...
it has certainly given me a different outlook on the idea that the soil needs to be loose or light
If anyone can, Bruce Banner #3 growing in concrete can!
When I first realised what I had done, whereby I accidentally used the wrong soil, I thought this girl was doomed......
I'm now considering that it wasn't all a complete mistake.
She has a main stem as tough as a tree trunk and probably wouldn't even flinch at a Mike Tyson right hook.
This girl is more stuck in place than the kid that licks the ice whilst sat on a ski lift in so many family comedy films made the years.
So yeah! ..... Good times
Bruce Banner #3 was giving the hardest task.
Bruce Banner #3 fought through like a real hardcore trooper.
Bruce Banner #3 will grow in near any substrate and pretty sure that now
Bruce Banner #3 . Always a pleasure
