Finally back to vegetative growth. They are growing fine but not used to these super short node spacings. Leaves are all up on top of each other! Towards the end of this week I see the old skinny leaf syndrome is back. Also see signs of what seems to be nitrogen deficiency... which makes little sense. Still going to go against common sense and blast them with a nitrogen tea. A important thing to note is that my source water is 9.03 pH. It comes from an artesian well and no matter how many times I use pH down to bring it to a decent ph, it keeps going back up (if I let it sit with the aerator for a few hours - I tested this). But!! I have found a new source of spring water which I have tested to 8.03 so I will try that as a water source for a few weeks and see what happens. Performing second topping at end of week.

@Grow3rPT, thank you! Only 5 more weeks then it’s harvest time! Then 2 more weeks drying, then 6 week cure. Maybe ready to smoke by Christmas 😂

@ChefDan420, right on brotherman! As a noob I put the screen in a little early, about 1.5 weeks into flower - expecting more stretch. Next time I would go a little earlier. I’d like to have 6 - 8 “ above the screen rather than 2” 🤗

@ChefDan420, thanks. I made it out of PVC and Quest plastic yard fencing from Canadian tire. If I was to use up the rest of the fencing and make a bunch, total cost per unit would be about 10 bucks. :)

With these size plants you can use a much smaller pot

@Gardenofweeden, Roger that. These are 7 gallon! Ive moved to 2 or 3 gallon and getting much better results with lots of lessons learned. This was my very first grow ever
