Dr_Boom Welcome to my diary!! I look forward to growing this strain and learning along the way. This is the first grow that I will be using nutrients, and I'm looking forward to the journey. Let's get started!
This run will be Unicorn Sherbert by Cult Classics Seeds. I started out by placing 1 seed in a peat pod. I then put it in a domed germination tray and placed it on a heating pad. After 30 hours, the seed germinated I then placed it in a 16 oz cup and put a dome over it. After that, I put it in the tent and adjusted the lux to around 2000.

Dr_Boom I wasn't paying attention and my tent dropped to 59°F and 40 humidity for a couple days. I solved that with putting in a heater and fixing my humidifier. I stressed her a bit, but I think she will make it. Other than that, this week was fairly smooth. I must say that I am a bit worried about this girl. The temperature was far from ideal, and combine with a very low humidity, I am afraid that she might not make it. Time will tell. I've been careful not to over water this little girl. She just gets enough to get the top of the soil moist. This was a scary week. I hope she pulls through, but it did get pretty cold in the tent. Let's see what happens.

Dr_Boom Welcome it looks like the cold and low humidity last week took its toll on this little plant. She's showing signs of distress and I'm not sure if she will make it. I'm seeing significant discoloration on our 1st set of leaves, and there has been no growth this week. All I can do is baby her, be careful not to overwater, and hope for the best. I must say that this stress caused more problems than I initially anticipated. The combination of zero growth and the discoloration of the leaves makes me think she may not make it. That said, I don't give up easily, and I tend to approach situations like these as an experiment. Crossing my fingers!

Dr_Boom I definitely stunted this plant. She has shown very little growth, although she does look better this week. I'm seeing a little development, but she is very
far behind where she should be at this time in the grow. Again, I'm being careful not to overwater. At this stage, any little mistake will most likely kill her off. The good news is, she is still alive. I have a feeling that since she has made it this far, she might make it. The addition of the heater and humidifier has helped to stabilize the tent, and I'm able to keep the temp and humidity within acceptable parameters. I hope next week shows significant improvement, but as long as she continues to show new growth, I will stick with her.

Dr_Boom There was some good growth this week. It looks like she recovered from the cold and low humidity, and she's lush and green.
She's showing good growth and I think she's made it through her near death experience. I'm still being very careful not to overwater her. I understand that the severe shock she just went through has weakened her quite a bit, but I think the worst is behind us. That said, I'm continue to monitor the temperature and humidity to ensure that it does not go too far out of acceptable parameters. It's winter here, and the temperature is 20f outside, so keeping the environment in my basement acceptable for growing has been a challenge.

Dr_Boom Welcome back to my diary! Even though she is far behind where she should be at 4 weeks into the grow, she's still alive and showing steady growth. I'll be ready to transplant her into a one gallon pot soon, but first I want to make sure she is as healthy as I can make her. I'm still watching the water and being careful not to drown her. The last thing she needs is more stress in her life. The temperature and humidity continue to be good, and I don't see any other problems forming. I'm misting her every day with dechlorinated water to keep her happy. I can't tell you how relieved I am to see some good growth. I was very concerned that I would have to put her in the trash.

Dr_Boom I repotted her into a one gallon pot. Even though she was showing good growth, it is evident that she did not like the transplant. She's showing the typical signs of transplant shock with wilted leaves and a bit slow growth. That said, she's out of danger and I'm sure she'll recover in a few days from this transplant. I'm still being careful not to overwater. I constantly have to remind myself that she doesn't need a drink. Lol.Let's see what happens next week!

Dr_Boom This was a fun, but uneventful week. I continued to mist her daily and haven't noticed any problems. She seems to be a thirsty girl, getting 8 oz of water daily. I topped her at the 4th node late in the week. She's starting to get bushy, so I think I'll defoliate a bit next week.
I think I'm finally seeing the start of a healthy plant. She is looking a lot better, and is showing significant growth. This is one tough little plant. So far, I am impressed that she has made it this far. I'm hoping to see some good growth start in the 1 gal.

Dr_Boom This was a fun, but uneventful week. I continued to mist her daily and haven't noticed any problems. Topping didn't slow her down much, and I'm seeing good new growth. She's starting to get bushy, so I think I'll defoliate a bit next week. On a side note, I think I may have overwatered her a little bit. That has always been a vice of mine. I just let her dry out and she'll be OK. She's showing good color, which I'm happy to see. It almost looked like she was showing some nutrient deficiencies in the previous week, but that cold have just been a little transplant shock.

Dr_Boom This week was an exciting one! I topped the top four branches to help even out the canopy. I don't think I'll top her anymore. She should be bushy enough.
I waited a couple days and did some more LST and defoliation. I'm being careful not to overwater. She seems to be very sensitive to that. I am loving her growth, and she is a very bushy girl. You can see her indica coming through. I can finally say I'm not stressed. I might have been delayed by 3 weeks due to stress, but I believe she will turn out just fine.
She continues to get misted every day. The humidity and temperature in the tent are constant, and I don't see any problems. After the scare of the first few weeks, this week has been a welcome change. She's starting to be a lot of fun!

Dr_Boom Late in the week, I repotted her into a 3 gal fabric pot. I'm not in a hurry to flip her, so I'll veg her a few more weeks. I'm having a bit of trouble dialing in the watering of this girl. Even though I'm not watering her as much, she looks overwatered.
Her growth is a bit slower to some of the other strains I'm growing. I think that overwatering may be the problem. Thats always been a problem of mine. She'll snap out if it.
I used some LST clips to spread her out. She seems to be responding well. I also defoliated her a little bit.

Dr_Boom Welcome back! I went easy on the water this week, and let her dry out before I even thought of giving her more. Growth was average, but she seems to be perking up. She's lush, and appears healthy, but I'm still seeing a little leaf droop, which I think is left over from the earlier overwatering.
I did a little more LST with some lst clips. They are not for every situation, but I like them for a majority of my training. They are quick and easy to use.

Dr_Boom All seems to be going well. She's showing good growth and looks healthy. I'm feeding two times a week, and she looks to love it. I also used Bloom Ultra and Phat during one watering. I'm not sure exactly what they do, but they didn't seem to hurt anything.
I did some leaf tucking to try to get light to the lower bud sites, but didn't need to defoloate. She's looking good! I'm having a lot of fun with this grow now that the tough times have passed.

Dr_Boom Welcome back! She's showing some good stretch this week and is in full flower. I'm expecting her to stretch a bit more, and then start putting on some weight. She's been a lot of fun, and not demanding at all....unlike most women in my life!
At 21 days, I can tell these are going to be some fat buds. I'm hoping she won't need any support, but I think she will. Time will tell.

Dr_Boom She looks to have finished her stretch, and is starting to bulk up pretty fast. No problems this week. I fed every other watering and watered 4 times this week. I'm enjoying watching her grow!
I continued doing a little leaf tucking. I'm trying to avoid any defoliation for now. We will see if this was a good decision.

Dr_Boom Hello, and welcome back! This has been a fun week watching her bulk up. These are some big buds. So big that I had to improvise some support with some packing material until I finally put her in a plastic trellis I took from a tomatoe plant of my wife's. Shhhh. Those limbs are very heavy. These are going to be some big colas.
She's also showing a lot of frost, and I'm starting to get a sweet smell from the buds. I'm having a great time with her.

Dr_Boom Welcome back! She is continuing to bulk up, and I'm seeing some serious limb bending. She continues to grow nicely, and is throwing off some sweet funky smells. She continues to get fed every watering, and I'm watering every other day. These are some seriously heavy buds. Tune in for more fun next week!

Dr_Boom She really has some beautiful, frosty buds. As we can see in the photos, she is showing a lot of brown pistols. And her tricomes are starting to get cloudy. That said, I decided to go ahead and flush her.
No problems at all this week, except that her buds are so very heavy! I used a little padded wire to try to keep her from dropping too badly. She continues to bulk up, and the sweet smell is more pronounced. I've noticed she us starting to drink more, so I've used her water to 1L a day.
I actually had a heart attack this week, and was in the hospital for three days, hence a few missed days of photos. Thankfully, my wife kept her watered.

In fact. I will be a bit sad to see her go. That said. I put her in 48 hours of darkness to finish her off.

Dr_Boom Honesty, there is not a lot to report this week. She finished up her 48 hours of darkness, and will be harvested tomorrow. She is sticky, and she gives off a nice, sweet smell. I really love her buds. They are almost mesmerizing.
This was a fun plant to grow. She had a rough start with temperatures in the 50s F for a few days when she was a seedling. This stunted her for about
2-3 weeks, but she bounced back and turned out just fine. I know a lot of growers may have been tempted to throw a super stunted plant like this away, but I'm glad I didn't get rid of her.
She didn't have any mold, disease, or pest problems. In fact, she was a very easy grow, after she recovered from the cold temperatures. I was able to enjoy watching her develop, and enjoy the grow.
She yielded 90g dried of some nice dense buds. She has a sweet berry scent, with just a little funk thrown in.
After a two week cure, she has a mellow, smooth inhale, and a sweet berry taste on the exhale. I don't know what her THC level is, but she is a powerful medicine. One bowl gave me a nice euphoric feeling, followed by a relaxing body sensation. I an very happy with the germination, size of the harvest, and quality of the medicine.

Dr_Boom She yielded 90g of nice, tight buds. I loved growing this plant, and the only negative thing I can say is her buds were so heavy, her branches couldn't support them. If you can call that a negative!! 🤣I should have used a net or trellis much earlier than I did.
Back to her buds! They are very sticky and quickly stuck up my trimer. I was able to get a full jar of big tight buds, and a second full jar of very nice lower buds. Jackpot! i have four more seeds, and I know I'll grow another of these very soon!
I am extremely happy with this plant. I stressed the hell out her very early, and not only did she pull through; she finished strong! She had nice structure, and responded well to LST, topping, and defoliation. I would say that this would be a good choice for a beginner or pro to cultivate.
@Dr_Boom,ya I seen that. I was gunna get a triple chip led light off amazon but the mars hydro tsw2000 went on sale the day I was gunna get it lol. Mars is awesome
