Going to transplant and feed week five. Will transplant then water and feed 24 to 48 hours later. Sooner if the ladies are dry at transplant.

you wanna put her in the growing medium with the tap root down. Regardless of whether its curled around of whatever have you... about 1/4 inch or so in the soil cover. Then add a generous amount of water(with plenty of drainage) and wait. No need for fans. Or to put her under a light until she emerges.. Once the little lady pops up and out of the grow medium then she'll wanna put under light right away. 18-6 is a nice cycle with lots of growing time and a rest period to give your lights and your plants a bit of a break. With an sf 1000 I'd put the light at 18-24" properly on the 24" side for your first grow to see how things pan out. Flowering is different but you wanna eventually have the light around 12-16" from the canopy to achieve optimal growth outputs. Not all plants are the same.. But given Cannabis generally loves light and lower amounts of light equals slower growth and lower output. The distance of the light to the plant has a very large relationship to how it grows and ultimately how much you have on the scales at the end. Good luck and happy growing!

So my little girl has not changed in 24 hours. Tap root never developed. SMH I laid her to rest in a bed of Happy Frog. I’ll say a little prayer and hope for a sprout. I Placed 2 more seeds in a cup of water. Ph’d it and TDS was 211. Is a 24 hour soak about right?

As long as the PH is right and you have really good warmth they should pop quick. Moisture and heat are most important the first 72 hours. Don't let them soak more then 30 hours either. Best of luck!

Soak in water until you see them crack , usually around 24hrs. Then transfer to a damp paper towel . Cover it up and keep it warm. Another 24hrs you should have a tap root. That's when I plant it. 24hrs later you will have a seedling . Just keep humidity high.
