mdubbs 3 Tangerine Dream seeds, and 1 Blueberry seed set inside moist paper towel, placed between two plates and set on-top of a heating pad set to low. All 4 seeds showed tap root within 36 hours, and were then planted in Red Solo cups. Soil is 50/50 mix of Fox Farm Ocean Forest and Happy Frog. 150 ml of water applied to each cup of soil.

mdubbs Two of the Tangerine Dream broke soil on Jan 3. By January 6, the remaining 2 plants had broken through the soil.
~150 ml of water given on Jan 6.
~200 ml of water given on Jan 10 ( .5 ml Vitathrive)
Playing with light distance and intensity on the Kingbrite (roughly 60 per cent power) as I'm concerned about light stress during the seedling phase

mdubbs Jan 14 - Transplanted the three TG's to 5 Gal fabric pots. Watered a small area once transplanted.
Jan 16 - Watered 600 ml, + vitathrive 1ml/gal
Jan 18 - Watered 2 L + 1ml/gal Vitathrive
I moved the blueberry to a 2x4 tent with two 300w Viparspectra LEDs so as to maximize the space in the 3x3.

mdubbs Jan 29 - Now V23, Plants are recovering well from the topping ( one ended up FIM'd) , lots of foliage coming out. Laying off the Vitathrive as it looks like the N levels are getting a little out of hand with how hot the Ocean Forest soil is still. Started LST on branches that were long enough.

mdubbs Feb 12 - Waiting until the ScrOG is filled out slightly more before I flip to 12/12. Plants are taking about 1.5 Gal every 3 days. Still waiting for the nutrients in the Fox Farms OF soil to run out before I start adding additional nutrients . Planned defoliation before flip.

mdubbs Feb 16 -Flipped to 12/12 after a very light defoliation, will defoliate again around week 3/4 if needed.
Have noticed what's either nutrient burn or stress from light intensity (240 W Kingbrite is 30 inches away for reference and running at roughly 75 - 80 per cent power output, so leaning towards "hot" soil as the culprit) . Have still yet to feed bottled nutrients with the exception of Rezin, and a very low does of Cal-Mag. Waiting for the FFOF to fully deplete before amending so as to prevent additional nut burn.

mdubbs Starting to notice bud development after the flip. Gradually introducing bottled nutrients at a reduced strength.
Running out of room in the ScrOG so the plants on the right hand side of the trellis aren't really getting any LST and are just sticking up slightly higher than other top colas.
Will defoliate roughly a week or two from now depending on when the "stretch" ends.

mdubbs March 5 - Feel like the stretch is nearly done. Overcrowded but working with the space. Noticing the buds increasing in size.
With the increase foliage the temperatures are starting to creep up near 30 C at peak times of the day, actively trying to keep that to ~ or sub 25 C.
A little taken back by the recommended amount of "Massive Bloom" at this point in the nutrient schedule. Underfeeding the nutrient schedule by about 25 per cent so far

mdubbs Hard core defoliation on all three plants. Going to try and not remove any additional leaves.
mdubbs March 21 - Neglected to water plants for a few days due to work - bounced back quickly. Some PH issues as the calibration solution I was using was stale and giving off incorrect readings. ( 7.4 --> when it should have been calibrated to 7.0) This suggests that the N deficiency that was occurring is actually due to lockout. This makes sense given the volume of Duel fuel and Massive that it has been receiving.
Running a little short for space with the three plants, so I'm having trouble not continuously defoliating when I notice lots of leaf on leaf contact. In an ideal circumstance I would not be defoliating after week 4 of Flower, but here we are.
mdubbs April 30 -Flower day 73. Due to work I haven't been able to give these ladies the attention they deserve, pretty much watering them right before the lights go off. This neglect has led to fox tailing due to heat stress and has resulted in nanners very late in flower.
Dicker ganz ehrlich das hast du gut gemacht 😁❗👍 besser könnt es gar nicht aussehen bei dir da 😍😁
Ich folge dir mal und guck mir an was bei raus kommt 👌
@Dreamgreener, I'm Canadian and we have a recreational brand called "San Rafael" that makes a "Tangerine Dream" which I am an absolute sucker for in the dry herb vaporizer. I'm hoping that there are some similarities between that and Barney's. Unfortunately I'm no stranger to Hermies - so I hope that at least as far as the genetics are concerned that this time will be different.
I pulled a lbs off a grow which had significant hermies and I'm essentially waiting to throw it out soon.
Wow! Those are some amazing fat colas man, would of loved to see the finished product/a final dry weight on this diary.
Im a huge barneys farm fan, first time ive seen tangerine dream grown out, she looks great. Congrats on what looks like a very successful grow 🔥❄️💯🌱
