Here's the week in details: 2021-01-17: Cotyledon is darkening at it's edges and growth seems stunted. Looks like the soil I'm using has terrible drainage and the water just passes by the sides of the cup and doesn't get to the middle. I carefully removed the young seedling and mixed the remaining soil inside the cup with water making sure it was all moist but not too much. I'm now waiting for recovery signs. 2021-01-18: She seems to be doing better and I'm glad she survived a transplant so young.
