Put 5 clones of Bty Og in the 2x4 tent under the Mars sp3000 at about 20% intensity. I plan to keep the best looking 3 based on size and root growth, will update next week.
Just using tap water to keep the clone cubes moist. No ph tests until i transplant to soil tomorrow. All the cuts look very healthy.
Dunked all 5 in Lostcoast plant therapy concentrate. Used 2L of tap water and squirted about 1/4” of the bottle in and submerged then washed the cuts. This is to prevent any unwanted bacteria or pests from entering the sanitezed frow tent. Results were great and plants responded well with no drooping or sagging the next day. Once the fluids dried overnight i finally put the clones in the tent. Will use this concentrate as a foliar spray throughout grow for preventive purposes.
Transplanting into vermifire soil after 48 hours in their cubes. This soil is very rich in nutrients and comes with mycorrhizae already mixed in, will not use any additional nutrients for two or three weeks into veg.
Fingers crossed for my first ever grow 🤞
All notes are for personal reference.
3 out of 5 of the BTYs made it after transplant. I over water all of them for sure and it killed two of them. I will get a couple more clones to replace them. Going to try and fit 6 plants total in this little tent.
Not much to post this week besides nursing the remaining plants until back to full health.
Rocking 3 BTY total from here on out. They recovered great from last week, this is 10 days after over watering and I am more than comfortable with bending them for lst.
Light intensity it about 60% due to temps getting to high. Will move the driver for the light out of the tent and improve ventilation with clip on oscillating fans. Plenty of upgrades to the tent down the line. Will begin nutrient regiment next week when soil is basically out of nutrition.
Did some more LST on the bty. Going to let it veg until march before i flip to 12/12, as long as its tall enough. I accidentally topped one of them during lst so it will be an expirement to see how it goes.
Light at about 65% inensity until i can keep the tent cool at 100% intensity. Plants looking good, getting a little nutrient deficient so the soil is pretty much done. Will start their feeding regiment with florafex full tilt nutes next week
