She looks amazing but it feelt like she could be glowing a litter more intensely. Started a morning and night extremely through wash with actively aerated compost tea + FPJ from male cannabis plants. Seeing a stronger glow after a few days of this. No signs of bugs. Going to keep this up for now.
Learned my old ph meter was bad, got a new one and found the runoff ph at 7.6! Even with my tea at a ph of 5.4. No wonder she looks deficient in a few things. Going to add a topdress of DTE soil acidifier with a little extra sulfer added in next watering to see if I can't get her into a better range. Let's see what happens!
Transplanted into 7 gal cloth pot with kis organics biochar soil amended with olly mountain fish compost, wow mycorrhizal, DTE insect frass, local worm castings, DTE seabird guano, DTE bat guano, and mother earth pumice. Top dressed with a tiny bit of DTE acidifier. Did a mojor defoliation, some minor pruning, and some LST. Let's watch those flowers grow!

She's really starting to smell like lemom drops and french vanilla ice cream. Her run off water seems to be coming out alkaline even watering with tea at a ph of 5.4 she is handling it like a champ . Next soil build will include much less bone meal, crab meal, and crushed oyster shell depending on my harveat reaults, hopefully she stays looking healthy and strong!

I feel like she's doing great, loving this batch of living soil. Still a bit confused on how watering at a ph of 5.3 is being buffered by the soil up to a runoff ph of 8. Not going to worry about it, she looks great and smells great and it's day 29-30 since flipped. The soil has her now.
Switched from aerated compost tea brews to filtered water at day 40 and will be giving her straight distilled water the last week before harvest. With this batch of living soil ph of my runoff keeps climbing.... looks to be at a baffling ph of 8.4-8.8, I have a lot to learn about what that means with living soil but seeing as how she looks so happy I won't worry aboit it.
She is finally starting to really put on some bulk, these nugs are solid! Smells like mostly like funky gasoline with lemon peels and vanilla ish mangos in it. Gave her a half cup of compost worked into the soil last watering. Switched back to giving her aact and the soil
life couldn't be happier. Let's see what she does! She is such a radiant girl!
Switched to flushing on monday morning, watered 1.5 gallons of distilled water only through the soil each morning. For those who do not believe in flushing your plants, remember in elementary school when you added dye to the water of flowers and visibly saw them change colors? Same idea. I have been checking the maturity of the resin heads closely under 60x magnifying. Turned off the lights for good on her last night (Wednesday), planning to leave her in the dark a few days (72ish hours) and then planning to harvest a few hours before the lights would have turned on. For my first indoor grow, my own custom living soil build, massive amounts of cover crops, only aact (actively aerated compost tea) with natural farming inputs, and some ferments to boot I think this is one amazing plant. Looking forward to drying her for a few weeks the splitting her in to multiple jars to test 30, 60, and 90 day curing with a 4th jar to smoke from when I get impatient.
After flushing for a few days, I left her in the dark for 60hrs undisturbed. harvested her 2hrs before the old lighting schedule would have kicked the lights on. Thoroughly cleaned the inside of the tent and setup the hvac for drying. Going for 2 full weeks if she can handle it with how dense she is. Currently tent temp ranges from 60F-70F RH 49%-55% will adjust as needed.
Clean and smooth, amazingly tasty, super sticky, bowls burn to white ash powder and joint had a good smooth flavor to the last hit. The high is very strong and stoney, euphoric and creative, great at turning the give a fuck o meter all the way down to negative 11. Seriously my favorite smoke to date. Can't wait to see what good lengthy cure will do if she is this mind blowing already!
Living soil, fed only actively aerated compost tea brews. Custom built and cooked soil by me. fpj and aact as foliar only until flowering then no spraying. Tons of cover crops helping this soil grow a happy plant. Only 2 defoliations the entire grow. Tied down and lst the branches for a beautifully even canopy. Very frosty, dense buds. Only ever given clean water and spoiled with love. Beyond organic inputs only. No bug or mold problems, plant was vigorous and healthy from it's in an eggshell germinated start. Simply the best I've done yet. You can't buy weed this good.
@NexusDevil,
Thanks! No cold water flush for her. Flushing works better in my experience with distilled water 70-80 degees with the right grow medium. I let her night temp fluctuate from 61F to 69F, I think this along with the ph of the living soil may have influenced the color. Just speculating.
Love do si dos,i try growing it one time and I make my best water hash ever..love your method.i prefer the aact tea ..organic fert taste better the smoke..I do the cut like you no flush on organic ,yes cut after 2 day of dark on the first couple of hours of light..really love your work.peace
