Sunday, January 17 Hey there y’all! It’s official, my 2nd grow ever is underway🙏 I’ve decided to go with (1)Zkittle and (2)LSD Autoflowers provided by CropKing Seeds. I think for my next grow I’ll go with a more “designer” type seed bank. I’ve been eyeing Mephesto Genetics, Dutch Passion and a couple of others. If y’all have any suggestions for Autoflowers, by all means feel free to share! I began soaking seeds in a glass of water, Thursday, January 14. I removed the seeds early the next evening and placed them in paper towel folded over a couple times and made sure to dampen the the towel. I then placed the dampened towels on a plate and in a spare bathroom in the dark until today. Seeds were all popped and 2 have nice bright white taproots, with the 3rd showing its taproot inside through the cracked open seed. I planted seeds in solo ups filled with Fox Farms “Bush Doctor” Coco Coir, I sprinkled some “Great White” Myco root promoter into each spot where implanted seeds. I’m focusing on having this grow be an organic one. I’ve chosen to go with “Coco Loco” as my medium and add organic amendments throughout the process. At that point I would just add pH water to the medium every watering without having to worry about adding nutrients. My plan is to topdress the soil with “Dr Earth” organic dry amendments every 3-4 weeks as my nutrients. I also added worm castings to the medium and will be transplanting into 3 gallon fabric pots. I plan to LST a lot more this time around and also use SCROG later in the grow. I’d like to also be able to make some compost teas to feed plants at some point. I have an LED bulb at approx 50W right now for seedlings to sprout. Waiting on my hanging hardware kit to come in from Amazon to be able to hang the Maxsisun PB1500 150W LED. It’d be the last piece to complete the new grow tent install. I went with a 2x2x4 AC Infinity Cloudlab Series tent, AC Infinity 4in Charcoal filter and Inline fan as my exhaust setup. It has a really nice digital display readout mounted to the exterior of the tent. You can set custom controls and settings for the exhaust system to turn on/off based on Temp/RH levels so it’s not constantly running. There are also timer and “on” modes for the system to run for a certain amount of time and shutoff or continuously run. System is extremely quite and has 10 different fan speeds. Highly recommend running a complete AC Infinity system to maximize seamless functionality. Looking forward to keeping y’all updated and as always, stay safe and happy growing💚✌️🌱 Thursday, January 21 1 Zkittle and 1 LSD have sprouted out of the coco, the 3rd(2nd LSD) is showing signs of sprouting from seed casing but still hasn’t come up and out. Temp is 81F at 71%RH. Stay safe and happy growing💚✌️🌱 Saturday, January 23 I transplanted 1 Zkittle and 1 LSD auto flowers, the third I threw out and decided to restart another LSD auto directly in its final 3 gallon grow pot. I have rubber risers to raise pots off the ground and they’re in plastic saucers to collect any runoff. Can’t wait for this grow to takeoff! I’m learning so much from my first grow(bottled nutrients from FoxFarm) and look forward to learning more about this different grow style(organic with mainly Dr Earth) that I’ll be doing with this grow. As always, stay safe and happy growing💚✌️🌱

Wednesday, January 27 Plants are coming along fine it seems. I’ve been keeping topsoil moist every day by misting with aerated H2O pH’d @6.5. I started with 15ga of coco medium and added 15tbs of dry amendments at 7tbs of Dr Earth Veg/6tbs of Dr Earth Bloom/2tbs Dr Earth All Purpose. I then mixed together the medium and nutrients in a 20 gallon plastic tote. The final LSD seed I planted on Sunday sprouted out of the soil on 26JAN. For this grow I’m using Coco Loco by Fox Farm Coco Coir and am going organic with dry amendments by Dr Earth and also Compost teas brewed with worm castings and bone meal. I’ll be re-amending the topsoil with Dr Earth and worm castings every 2-3 weeks as needed. I’m also using Great White Myco to establish a healthy root system and begin a system of heathy bacteria that promotes plant growth. Looking forward to keeping y’all posted. Stay safe and happy growing💚✌️🌱

Wednesday, February 3 Quick update: watering daily only to keep topsoil moist and pots at their weight since growing in coco medium. Keeping water b/w 6.5-6.8pH but just watered with 6.68pH these past few days. Plants have exploded in growth and I’m planning to start LST’ing this weekend. May also brew another compost tea later this week. Since plants aren’t too big yet, I’ve been using about 16oz for the big plants and just a few oz for the “seedling” LSD. Stay safe and happy growing💚✌️🌱

Tuesday, February 9 I have been watering plants @6.5-6.8pH daily. Bigger plants are receiving about 12-14 oz while the smaller one gets about 4-6 oz. I’ve given a little bit of compost tea to them last night as well. I amended the topsoil today with 1.5tbs of Bloom 3-9-6, 1tbs of all purpose 4-4-4, and .5tbs of veg 6-4-3 for a total of 3tbs per pot. I should be good for another 3 weeks or so for organic nutrients, other than the occasional compost tea and “Great White” Myco for promoting a healthy root system. I also began some “LST” on Saturday February 6 using some flexible garden wire and a hole punch to use on the fabric pots to feed the garden wire through. Temps have been between 78F-81F with and RH of 60%-70% thankfully in large part to the AC Infinity exhaust system and its digital display. I have it set to kick on at a temperature high of 81F and a humidity high of 71% in order to reduce the atmosphere back down into the aforementioned Temperature/RH levels. I’m really looking forward to this grow and can tell a huge difference from this second grow to that of my first one, the plant growth is explosive and have a healthy green color to them. I also enjoy being able to just water them without having to add in nutrients each time. As always, stay safe and happy growing💚✌️🌱

Tuesday, February 16 Real busy and hectic week, facing some severe weather at the moment. Loss of electricity and extreme cold and snow since late last week. Plants are looking great and the two older ones are showing signs of preflower. Heck, one may even be in flower(Zkittlez)🤷‍♂️🏽Today I did some LST by using flexible gardening wire and binder clips attached to the side of the pots to pull down branches. I added some “Great White” Myco to their watering to promote healthy rhizosphere activity. Currently with the electricity issues, the tent is at a temp of 68F-71F. Im currently watering about an 1/8th gallon to the bigger two plants and adjusting for the smaller(younger)plant. I’m going to have an estimated harvest date of 8 weeks from now or the end of the week for the Zkittlez Auto I think. I’m so amazed at the healthy looking colors and how fast these three plants are coming around with this organic setup. Starting off with a healthy grow medium is teaching me a lot on my second grow. I can’t wait to keep y’all posted, stay safe and happy growing💚✌️

the setup ONLY deserves quiet a few likes if I'm honest... would've given but im all out of mine 😆 anyway, I will say that AC infinity seems to know what they're doing, so great choice there. Great white for roots in early age, Massive thumbs up. Good luck to you my friend.

@APOLLO, Big ups to you! Wish you could’ve seen the smile on my face, thanks for the kind words. I’m really looking forward to this grow, having learned so much from my first grow which I’m finishing out right now. I’m really happy with how seamlessly integrated the AC infinity system is and happy they have some promotional codes out there for us to save a few bucks! Have an awesome week✌️
