The plants are recovering from Nitrogen deficiency ( not sure yet). Lower leaves started having brown spots on one of them and the rest of the plants suffered from curling lower leaves.

Beginning of week 4, Girla are recovering from nitrogen deficiency (allegedly). Gave each one 1.5L of hard water pH'd 6.0 And GHE Flora series nutrients. I stopped using Atami nutrients because their soil feeding charts NPK values makes no sense and the result were not good also. I'm using Chronic's (from YouTube) nutrients ratio starting with 1.25ml/L of floramicro, 1.75ml/1L floragrow and 0.5ml/1L of florabloom. Just out of curiosity and because I saw that the opinions on the web regarding testing soil runoff water are divided, I tried it. My runoff's throwing my a 4.6 PH and 2500+ PPM. Is that OK for soil? I'm using an organic compost. Also figured out that as long as I'm not using auto flowering seeds, the veg state can be as long as I want so I'm gonna keep it up with the 18/6.

Veg Day 30, plants really matured in the last few days and the tallest is reaching 25cm already. Plants had been fimed 6 days ago and you can see their progress in the pictures. Today was feeding day at last! Last watering (no nuts) day was 6 days ago so I got scared a bit although they didn't show any signs of under watering and the soil wasn't too dry. Runoff water still giving me weird readings with 4.9 PH and 2055 ppm. Small improvement from last time but still off the charts and I'm starting to think it's something in the soil that brings down the PH and gives the high ppm. Today's feeding water gave 6.0 PH & 936 ppm (nuts included). Every day is a new experience for me and Im hoping to learn as much as I can. Stay tuned for updates.

Veg day 36, begginng of week 6. it was time for defoliation so i removed the majority of the fan leaves from the 4 plants and a day after and i can defently see the rapid growth. some of the plants are showing signs of calmag defecioncy so i added 7ml of sensi calmag xtra over 10L of hard water balanced on 6.08 ph and 560ppm( with added calmag). runoff water gave 4.77 ph and 1659ppm. since its my first time growing i just can decide about which technique to go with. should i LST? scrog? supercropping+scrog?

Day 45 of Veg, middle of week 7. Today I made the Switch from LED Lights to 600W Dual Spectrum HPS. I'm using S&P 800CFM inline duct for Carbon filter and the 6inch cooltube i added to cool down the heat that this light bulb it spreading (29.1 C and keep on climbing up). i also installed the SCROG net (as u can see in pics) , broke one of the strands of one plant and turned it into supercrop, put some bandage on it and hope for it to heal. I truly hope everything will go as planed!

It’s a Sativa, you can literally ran over it with a bike it will still grow like a f*ck*ng weed 😄 As a Sativa you might have 3 weeks of stretch minimum but it won’t go longer than a 4 weeks stretch, ain’t sure they will fill up the ScrOG entirely. You could have let them grow another 2 weeks and smash them under the net to half size and let them grow another week to push shoots through the trellis before switching, those shoots will become tops and tops will become buds.

@JUNGLE_B4RNS, I've been reading since last night, this is from herb magazine : "Continue training until an average of 70% of the screen is covered before switching to flowering. If you are growing a sativa, aim for 50 to 60% coverage before flowering. With an indica, up tp 80% of the screen can be covered. " is it legit?

@StratoCaster,The stretch is the phase where the plants double in size. It happens after the first week of 12/12, it last about 2-3 weeks depending on the strain. This is where growers make a common mistake, they use the stretch to fill up the net, when normally they’re supposed to switch only when ScrOG is full.

@JUNGLE_B4RNS, Yo B4RNS thanks for pushing towards Scorging! and damn that Sativa is a real beast as u said! check out the video i uploaded! only 4 days after i placed the net and u can easily see the difference! BTW, what do u mean by stretching? is it the time i let the plant spread on the net before i'm switching to 12/12? thanks man!

don’t worry about braking just give them some time to heal up

@TomatoloverBoy, you're right! only 4 days after and it all healed and will soon be tucked under the net :)

From what I can see that strain is really vigorous, responding to topping very well, It’s perfect for supercropping + ScrOG believe me bro. @Barneys, have send me some G13 Haze. I can’t wait to see how they will do in a ScrOG.

This is from the Jumanji book 😅 : Veg your plants tall to half size of your growing space, then smash your plants under the net to half size , if you follow me and understand my poor English technically your at 1/4 of your growing space now. You just to let them recover and grow some shoots true the net , it takes around 1 or 2 weeks , this is where you try to put as much shoots as possible in the holes during these last weeks. Then , when your ScrOG is full with a shoots in every holes and these shoots with 2 nodes you can switch to 12/12 , technically your buds will finish at the perfect level without finishing into the lights , with a growing area full of buds. This method works in all indoor growing space, it’s easy, you just need to keep in mind that your plants will double in size after switching to 12/12 and you must keep that space free for stretch + your distance from the light 😉

Thanks @B4RNS! appreciate your comment bro! Since it's my first time I'm not sure about the timetable... Like when to begin supercropping or scrog. But I'm so motivated that I think that nothing can stop me, besides the police since it illegal in israel. Gonna keep on reading on the web.

@StratoCaster, there’s no timetable or timeline in a plant, there’s only stages and phases and your room ceiling as level marker. You can let them grow big and smash them under the net to half size and let them grow again.
