Still chasing VPD, learning to watch how the plants respond. Environment is a constant battle! 😆
Thug Life OG is a male... had to chop. I guess this means the Watermelon Zkittles gets half the tent, woot!
New pics coming on the 26th or 27th as the girls finish up week 2. Also moving the RPi cam to a more interesting angle. I had it clipped to the side of my light to help see the canopy as it was growing in.
Jan 31 marks day 20 of flowering. The Thug Life OG was a male and sadly, had to transform into mulch 😭
The Watermelon zKittles gets a whole 20gal to herself now 😎. Tried to spread her over the scrog net but now my canopy is uneven but meh. Not much I can do.
All the girls are looking so much better than my first round! Not noticing any issues to speak of, going to keep sticking to the routine.
To keep stress down, I pull a couple fan leaves that are shading out bud sites every couple of days, like a deer in the woods nibbles. 😼
On 1/26, Top Dressed: Handful of build a flower and covered top with layer of malted barley, 2-3 handfuls. May top dress lightly again on 2/6 to keep feeding the soil since this is my 2nd run in these pots.
Feeding: Yucca, AgSil (to balance pH), RecycleSil, Coco, Ful Power, BioBloom on Sunday. Straight water on Wed, and microbes on Sat this week.
Looking great. Continuing to defoliate and un-shade some bud sites, but with a light touch.
On 2/6 Top dressed: 1/2 cup bokashi, 1/2 cup build a flower, 1/2 cup fresh ground malted barley, 1/4 cup BAS craft blend, 1/4 cup alfalfa meal. Split this between the two containers. The worms are loving it and the soil mites are feasting.
Week 4 got skipped because I was already updating in the middle of my weeks and this straightens things out. Also blizzard happened.
9th: plain water day plus top dressed 1/2 cup kashi and 1/2 cup malted barley to each container
12th: coconut, yucca, silica watering
15th: plain water day, top dressed 1 cup build a flower, 1tbs craft blend, 1tbs alfalfa to each
18th: inoculate day watering
21st; plain water day
waty got a tbs castings to boost composting mite populations
the container with 2 plants is booming with life
18th: Going to try some Bio Harmonic Tonic at slightly less than (recommended dose of 3ml / gal)
Still pulling off larf and fan leaves that are shading bud sites a little at a time. Planning to stop defoliating at beginning of week 6.
Starting to smell like sweet sour fruit in the tent
