I need help identifying the deficiency on the lower leaves, looks like a combination of cal and mag ? Your opinions will be greatly appreciated. I was thinking of adding some calmag from the local grow store.

That’s not cal/mag at all it’s phosphorus/potassium burn plants of that size shouldn’t be getting any nutes yet. The burn isn’t severe but it is definitely not a cal/mag issue

Yes it looks like a cal/mag related issue, but you also probably have a boron deficiency. Good luck with these beauties bro!

Imo it's a cal/mag for sure. If you don't have any on hand, you can use some Epsom salt or even a small amount of molasses (1/2 tsp./gal.).. Calimagic is what I use, and I haven't had an issue since using it.

How often do you water your plants ? And how often do you feed them ? Do you use any nutrients ?
JUNGLE_B4RNS
JUNGLE_B4RNS commented7y ago
@Gropassion, Ok ... and I suppose you are feeding them with each watering ?
Gropassion
Gropassion commented7y ago
@JUNGLE_B4RNS, Correct, they are connected to a reservior, google "autopots" and you will see how it works

@Gropassion, ok... now I can tell you’re overfeeding your plants. Do you see the dark and black rust on your leaves ? It’s Mag excess , and when they’re is too much Mag the plant can’t absorb Cal , creating those brown rusty spots. First , check the EC of your media , might be way too high. You should feed them every 3 watering, following a Feed Water Water Water Feed W W W F ... schedule

I have saved the nutrients on top, not that the ml per liter is not accurate but the ec is.
