Another day another Runtz
After thinking I'd killed my second Lemon wonder I started a Runtz to keep the schedule going smoothly.
I saved the Wonder and Runtz has now got a chance to shine like her older sister
Unless something crazy happens, which could actually be every day to be honest, otherwise I never know what to say in the early days of growing

Return of the Runtz is running rampant right now.
She loves a bit of cheap LED light and she'll spread her leaves for any watt 🤔
Back in the magic soil, in the converted wardrobe lined with a foil blanket.
as I conclude my final diary of the week, as here with a smile on my face, typing out this comment, knowing that right about now, I have this girls older sister dried and ready to experience within about the next 15 minutes
Runtz are everywhere
there may have been the usual watering mishap and by mishap I mean I just forgot to water her.
That problem will soon be rectified when I figure out a way to make a self watering system......
There is light at the end of the tunnel and the girls deserve some good treatment after my busy few months of neglect.
Runtz so far has been a super grow and has taken on the beatings I have given her
For the last few months, with everything somewhat seeming to, at least slowly, be returning back to normal.
As i'm sure others will have been too.
I seem to have been so busy!!!
Trying to fix the house up. Fix the car up. Make new grow tents. Trying to find some nice guerrilla grow spots for this summer.
Plus the dog having diarrhoea on a weekly basis, leaving me cleaning my house more in 2021 than I have the previous two decades before.
Yes I forgot to water some plants as usual and yes, Runtz was one of them..... to be honest the only ones that didn't need any watering were the freshly germinated ones.
April is gonna be the changing point................ I hope 😁
This girl is starting to look lush!
There's no point training at this late stage so I've just tucked away blocking leaves with the option of defoliating later.
This girl is on fire.
Her main bud is massive and fat. She has been in the main wardrobe for most of her life which shows in her Bud
I'm looking forward to seeing how she ends up at harvest.
Runtz has being growing well the past week, showing off one massive bud amongst others.
So far she has been a brilliant strained to grow.
She is under the 18 watt cheap shop bought LED bulbs in the wardrobe at the top of the stairs.
This girls buds are just getting fatter and fatter 💪 some of her lower buds still need a bit more time but it shouldn't be long.
I haven't done any training are even topping her, I just let her do her own thing
One the board and a load of beautiful nugs to boot.
28g dry, which is somewhere around about the weight that I would expect from my previous grows and her size.

Runtz is always a lovely smoke and this girl is no different.

Without getting too technical this is what I know.
If the leaves are no longer green, then they can no longer photosynthesise, thus they are no use to the plant.
Alternative to this being that if they are dry but still green, then a bit of watering and they should be able to work again.
To answer your question when my leaves have yellowed I either trim down to the green parts, which can still photosynthesise or I completely chop off.
