SecretStache Update!! I confused a few of you by selecting ml/l nutrients.vs what I actually used which is ml/gal lol which makes my nutes 1/4th of what you thought j used lol...
Not too shabby..its still alive! Lol
I figured it out..ph buffer powder i had was junk and I was acidic.... I followed the remo directions verbatim..for about 7 to 8 days it was water only ..no nutes...checked run off calibrating with new powder and it was sitting acidic ...flushed everything out...remixed nutrients to week 2 instructions and its lookin better already..only the tips were yellowing so might have gotten lucky.
SecretStache My second attempt is looking much better! Learning more everyday!!

SecretStache Learning alot. I have run into a few issues with PH due to a bad meter and nutrient adjustments but each time I have been able to fix it and learn from my mistake!!
SecretStache All the reading, and I mean alot of reading and research, seems to be paying off. She's looking real good! I'm no expert (first ever time growing) but this plant seems to be going great!
2/25 Update: I added a Co2 producing mushroom bag and went from an average PPM of 550 to 850ppm in a 2.5x4.5ft tent... they deff work!

SecretStache Defoliated a little more to get light down on the lower buds... added a mushroom co2 bag which made a noticeable difference in co2.. averages 750ppm but ranges from 650-1000ppm throughout the day.

SecretStache She's growing herself... my homeade grow controller controls PH drift and allows it to fluctuate between 5.8 and 6.2.... pretty easy now I just add nutes and water and raise the light basically. The light laying on the right side pointing up is to see if I can get any noticeable increased growth on the bottom right side vs the left with no supp. light.
SecretStache We had an issue π I thought it was "rust mold" at first but the Remo nutrients line has of extras it seems like and I wasn't aware of what signs to look for early on so I could adjust properly and we got some burn going on. Flushed with ph balanced water then continued nutes again. I think it was the magnifical and the nutes, Remo nutes leave almost a dirt like substance behind and it actually clogged my feed line from the resevoir and was building up inside the lines! Ended up cleaning a ton of weird mud like buildup from the nutes, a little too organic. Probably gonna go with General hydroponics flora next time, its much more affordable too. Burning has stopped it looks like and I pruned/defoliated what I could. So far this has been an amazing first grow and learning experience! Almost finished with her!!
SecretStache Final week! Flushing the plant. Luckily the nute burn stopped and I will be able to trim it out. Learned a lot on this grow and I am super excited to harvest!
Update!! I confused a few of you by selecting ml/l nutrients.vs what I actually used which is ml/gal lol which makes my nutes 1/4th of what you thought j used lol... also I appreciate the comment to whoever said to switch to 18/6.. I was gonna run that originally but we all have that "master grower" buddy who gives newbs like me bad advice lol
π I'll be incorporating co2 very soon. I got the autopot xl (spring pots) fabric and I sprung for the air domes and a big air pump. I was blown away, couldn't be happier, well I could have a two burner. Well done bro, happy growing π€
@Thumbnail83,thanks! Yep I went with the areodomes too! I haven't had any issues with them clogging and the airflow stopping either like ive heard. What I did was set my air pump right next to the co2 bag ..figure I can pump it right to the roots! I love the automotive system so far too.
@GuerrillaNo_4, im learning that I will be learning new stuff everyday lol..I enjoy a challenge that requires investigation..I work in the tech industry so this is a new kind of challenge but fun none the less!
@SecretStache, 'I'm learning that I will be learning', thats some real soul searching s**t my friend π
I like the attitude. Just like tech, if you follow the systems and analyze how the variables interrelate, you'll do well.
Best of luck brother
