So far so good.
I have had some issues with my set up, but I'm hoping they are all behind me now.
I've managed to get a nice temp in the tent, using a small seedling heater. I had been suffering with temps as low as 16c with lights off, this is now behind me, and my plants. π
The other issue has been too much light for my seedlings. After some trial and error (at the expense of some other poor plants) I now know the full 30w of my light is too much for a new born, in a tent. In the past without a tent it has been fine, but all that reflected light has proved to be too much for the young ones.
My solution has been to install a switch halving the lights output. It only needs to be half power for the first few days, just enough time to get it's first set of jagged leaves formed. After that it's full steam ahead, as demonstrated in this weeks photo.π
I'm also back to BioBizz soil, and their organic nutes, so what could go wrong....
Watch this spaceπ
@Nickeluring, Cheers mate, this one just went right. A pleasure to grow, I'm loving growing in soil again π. Hopefully I'm starting to get all the kinks worked out.........hopefullyπΊ
