First I placed the seedling into a shot glass of about 22 degrees for 12hrs till she drop an she’s been in the paper towel for about 16hrs gonna pot her tonight ,Excited about this new addition to the family hopefully she’s gonna be a tasty one!!

Try looping some string around the stem of your plant under the big set of leaves then tie it to your grow bag with just enough tension to bend you plant less before she gets too tall. keep spreading the foliage when there's a new part of the plant that grows above the canopy tie that girl down & the same goes when other leaves pop their head up they love a bit of bondage if you know what your doing 😂 seriously though it's easy af mate you should definitely train them & defoliate when she's older well & her bigger leaves are blocking the light to other parts of the plant. I'm using safety pins attached to the rim of my fabric pot perimeter to tie my plant down with you could use bulldog clips I suppose but they're a lot bigger & more expensive. That's how I do mine but there's a multitude of ways to train your plan I hope that helps in any way mate
@Stickybudz420, it makes sense to fatten up your crop & LST will play a big part in that. In my brief growing time I've seen huge improvements tying shit down on my plants & defoliating where needed. You should try growing a fat banana sometime they're easy to grow with minimal training gets you big yields. Zkittles OG is a nice smoke mate & not a bad one to be given it's another one of the strains on my ever growing bucket lists of things to grow good luck with the grows bro 👍
