My first grow with no sunlight. I’m copying exactly what Mr. Canucks is doing on YouTube.
Mokoko and Gaia green all purpose and bloom. Gaia green worm castings, dynomyco mixed into the medium too.
I killed about 5-6 seeds from overwatering or burning them in jiffy pellets and FINALLY, figured out to put the seed in distilled water for 24hrs, into a solo or 3.5 small pots on a heat pad (w/ insulation like cardboard or a towel).
Watering. I’ve read it like 1000 times that beginners overwater and here I am, just spraying the hell out of the poor seedling everyday. Of course it’s not gonna survive.
This one I’m growing is a random strain I bought because it was resistant to cold.
However, it was a mutant but growing very well in the organic media.
It started growing all weird. Thought I’d leave because I killed like 5-6 seeds on the way..... from overwatering and burning them in jiffy pellets.
After those tragedies, I just water with this pipette until about 15-20 days. I only water with rain water saved outside in a bucket.
For germination I use distilled water.
I have a few other ones going now and they are doing fine. They don’t look like this lol
This is a mutant right?
I transplanted and used myco around the roots. The roots were just coming down to the bottom.
Moved it outside in the greenhouse on my balcony with 2 small fans, 1 small heater. I can keep the temp around 20 Celsius all day long.
The weird looking thing eventually grew out?
I don’t know what was wrong with it. RH I fixed.
Sorry these are past pics, I just wanted to start a diary. It’s super hard to raise my RH in the greenhouse cuz the moisture makes the room so cold. It’s always around 40-50.
I’ve read that even if it’s 25-35, as long as you have enough water I’m the pot it shouldn’t be too bad.
Currently looks like this.
It’s well into flower. I’m rotating top water and bottom water and never till run off as I’m growing 100% organic.
She struggled in the beginning but she looks ok to just water and let nature do its thing.
I used synthetic nutes last grow and 1 plant yielded 144g on first grow. Altogether I yielded a pound. However, it was a huge pain mixing all those liquids everytime. Now just water with ancient earth. So easy.
This time around, I can tell it’s growing slower but can’t wait for fresh organic cannabis.
