Well I decided it was my time to make a grow journal on here, I've had my few successful grows since last year and this will be my first time recording it, never really kept a diary just some notes here and there for personal records.
Got 1 BB in the left corner, bottom right corner i snapped the stem when changing the air pump out so screw me😩. Got a replacement BB germin in my homemade method, rapid rooter, seed and splash of warm water sealed off. So yes they may be 2 days apart but heres to another great harvest.
So while adding a new week to the chart i seem to had made a duplicate of week 2 which i then deleted not knowing i deleted all the pictures and info with it as well after editing the "copy" making it week 3... stupid me for trying to figure out ways to work it.
So over the course of last week the baby that i thought was broken and gonna stunt actually recovered and came back with a vengeance, so now ive got 3 of these bad girls all 3 days apart total.
Last week was the first dose of nutes and they boomed from 3 sets of leaves to this cluster we see before us!
This week was kinda a hard one for me, some family illnesses came up and spent most the time in the hospital and i tried feeding as much and as best as i could and it wasnt enough. They dehydrated and killed over without water in their bucket for almost a full day...
I cant begin to explain how quickly and strong these girls came back, i gave then pure water for a few days to see if it would help since they werent crisp to the touch and after 4 days, BAM!!! They recovered and got their first dose of nutes since their death and they exploded!!! No short way around it, they are now zombie plants to me!
Well after switching her to a full day of darkness the other day she finally flipped into starting her flowering stage... i will say this about the dealzer box, do NOT grow more than 2 in it, its a gallon res and these 2 monsters covered up the third and swallowed her whole, she was declared dead today after all the maneuvering and any effort to give her direct light, so now i have the risk of whats to come and hopefully they can flower before the death spreads... hell its week 6 or 7 now, lets see how much longer.
Well its been a good ride for the second plant but thay too couldnt handle the stretch of the dominant one. It had to be cut out, i also traded in the all so noisy airpump and stone for a sub pump and the results have been amazing with more oxygen getting to where its important and less noise! The pump is also small enough to where it doesnt affect the res temp either :D
All in all this has been the longest auto i have ever grown
Well its been a few weeks now and no"bud" growth just steady white hairs turning orange and sugar EVERYWHERE!!! I think my fear of the near death in the beginning of flowering and the stretch to the light has made it quite difficult now... Sadly the tops have gotten burnt and i will probably harvest half if any of the plant, just gotta decide what to do.
Note to self, photos or mother in this cab like how i used to have it.
Well chopped off the stretching cola that got right up into the light and let it dry out and made some pretty potent butter besides the fact it got some light burn. These remaining buds are atleast 6" away and steady trying to bring them down without snapping but still trying to get it to bud up. We will see after this week if no more swelling then off to the fryer with her and i go back to this being my mother or bean making cab
Well these have been at a stand still for 2 weeks now, my patience is growing thin but i will hold off another week or 2 if worst comes to worse i will chop when my other plants are mature enough for clones and this will just make some bomb hash and then be cleaned and converted back to a photo box or mother box
Well last week i took 2 branches off just to get a tester and see how it felt and man was it a day buzz of creativity, very pleased with it and i may have chopped a week early but it was about 40/60 on clear to cloudy so i let it go another week but damn it still smokes smoothe and tasty! Ya me and her had a hiccup once or twice but that was my fault for not keeping up with how much she drank from the flowering boom and damn did i under estimate her final yield! Guess my eye technique got a little rusty 😉
Yes i understand these are pics of the branches fresh off the stem, they are curing now and when these beauties are ready to show their glory i will post more pics!
With growdiaries its made it a lot more simple to just come in, check in and update everything all at once and it has a great format and even the app is a blast, with a few minor tweaks and bug fixes here and there it will make even the laziest of people like me keep a diary and really see how far youve come over the weeks!
@HydroKitty, ya it was a miracle they came back but after a quick decision to not give nutes and totally kill them but instead give them pure water and let them recover was a good idea! Hopefully while im setting up my new cab this will be done by then!
