5th grow, 3rd auto based on results from my last 2 auto grows. I’m enjoying fast big yields and great quality with the autos. I will definitely LST for yield, no topping and will trim low larfy branches early in flower this grow. I will double up on Budswel every feeding starting with first sign of pistils up top. I will go with half strength veg nutes and dial up if possible. I will overlap the Budswel with veg nutes first flower through stretch. Should be a solid yield in 10 weeks from sprouts, breeder says 400-500 gm/sq. meter. Nirvana genetics, info from their website Introduction: Gorilla Glue Feminized Auto is a super potent, large yielding, fast flowering plant that tests at 17-22% THC. Not for the light hearted, this cultivar made from cup winning genetics is unbelievably resinous and sticky with sour, citrus, earthy flavours. A solid performer in all climates that grows up to 120cm tall. Genetics: After crossing Gorilla Glue with our autoflowering stud, we were able to maintain the huge yields, fat sugar coated buds, tough resistance factors, and sky-high potency. Flowering time will take up to 70 days from seed to harvest, where she will reward you with pure potency and incredible flavour. Grow #5 - 4 plants from seed Indoor - Custom built cabinet (3’ x 3’ x 6.5’ H); 4” filter/exhaust, HEPA filtered passive intake, no light leaks Organic soil grow - Roots Organics 707 + perlite, worm castings, silica 5 gallon plastic pots Light Sunsystem 315w CMH (1) - Phillips internal ballast - Bulb veg Phillips 4k (4200) - Bulb flower Phillips 3k (3100) Light cycle 18/6 from seed Water adjusted to PH 6.5 - well (tap) average PH 7.5, PPM 142, EC 302 Nutrients seedlings - Superthrive Nutrients veg - Biocanna Bio Vega, TPS CalMag - all organic Nutrients flower - Biocanna Bio Flores, Budswel, TPS CalMag - all organic Dropped 4 seeds into distilled water Thursday night January 28th. I amended soil and filled pots to the rim plus a handful of Mosquito Bits on top. I pre-watered the four pots, 2 gallons water total adjusted to 6.5 PH. This prewater will increase RH for the seedlings in my winter dry grow cabinet. 3 of 4 seeds had tails, so planted all Tuesday, February 2nd. Covered all seedlings with small humidity domes. Lights 18/6 at 48”...will drop to 24” a few days after the seedlings are up. Friday Feb 5th is Day 1 with 3 of 4 sprouted this morning. The one seed with no tail is one of the sprouts. A few uneventful pics from soak and Day 1. Thanks for checking out my grow.

Now day 9, end of week 1 a couple days ago. All 4 Original Glue Autos sprouted, but one spiraled around and didn’t survive. I have some Cream Mandarine XL Auto seeds from Grow #3. CMXL is a great back up plan...fast at 8-9 weeks from sprout. I dropped one seed in distilled water Monday night, had a tail and planted Wednesday night and had a new seedling up Friday morning. Not too interesting yet in the cabinet. The 3 Glues will receive their first feeding today...the CMXL later in the week. The plants will take off and LST will start soon. I drilled additional holes around the rim of the pots to have tie down points wherever I want. Temps are steady ranging 81-68F, RH 34-51%. A few pics from yesterday. Update end of week 2 Day 14, end of week 2. First feeding and another week makes a big difference on the Original Glue Auto growth. I will begin LST in the next few days. One of the Glue plants was growing sideways a bit and had a curl in the main stem upon closer inspection. I added a pipe cleaner to support and all good. The Cream Mandarine XL Auto will take off next week...at 9 weeks sprout to chop it will catch right up with the Glue Autos. I have some dead fungus gnats on the floor of the cabinet. I will add another handful of Mosquito Bits before next feed/water and they should be gone from my grow in a few days. The latest 8 pics are from this morning.

Day 21, end of week 3 from sprout for the Original Glue Autos. Last water/feed 4 days ago...will probably water/feed once a week until bigger, then about every 5-6 days. First noticeable odor today when I opened the cabinet. No sigh of pistils yet...likely late next week. I did another round of LST today...side branches took fight off after bending the un-topped mains. Even the CMXL Auto back up got its first light bend today at 2 weeks old. Temps steady at 68-82F and RH 33-53. Pics are from today, before and after more LST. Thanks for checking out my grow.

Yesterday was Day 28, end of week 4 from sprout for the Original Glue Autos. More LST today. I have some twisting leaves on the new tip growth. It’s not nute burn, no issues this grow using half strength nutes. I suspect wind or light burn...raised light a bit and diverted the lower fan. I also had some fan leaves on one plant with discoloration. I added a picture of those leaves after chopping off all that were bad. It may impact bud yields. It looks like nute splash damage, but I’m not that sloppy when I water. Maybe a boron deficiency? I will read up on light burn and wind burn for the tip growth and deficiencies for the ugly fans. Plants are all showing pistils since last week, even the CMXL Auto back up started one week later. Next water feed in a couple days I will stay with organic veg food, but will add Budswel now that flowers are starting. Pics are from today after LST and the major trim on one plant.

Today is Day 35, end of week 5 from sprout for the Original Glue Autos. Plants are stretching and flowers are building. I ended up with a fairly even canopy with a lot of bud sites. Just the LST’d mains are reaching higher. I did a trial to see how PH changes over time on my well tap water. It started at 7.8, one hour later it climbed to 8.3. I typically target 6.5 PH with nutes. My last water/feed I dropped PH to 6.2, assuming it would climb over time to 6.7 or higher. The issue I saw on the one Glue plant, possibly a deficiency, did not continue to spread and absorption of certain micro nutrients may have improved starting with a lower base PH in organic soil. Should have another 5 weeks to finish. Despite feeding veg nutes Biocanna Biovega at half strength I see some tip burn. I am now adding Budswel organic guano in addition to veg nutes. Once stretch is over I will switch to flower nutes Biocanna Bioflores and will double up on Budswel to 2 Tbsp. per gallon. Comparing CMXL Auto grows, the extra Budswel made the buds frostier and the fruity smell more distinct than skunky.

Today is Day 42, end of week 6 from sprout for the Original Glue Autos. Stretch is slowing and flowers are building, tallest plant is 19”. Now on full strength flower nutes and 2x Budswel plus continuing with organic cal-mag at 2ml/ gallon. I now see some tip burn, may dial back the flower nutes a bit. I will also swap out the 4k veg bulb and swap in the 3k flowering bulb this weekend. The one plant with some deficiency is more or less stabilized, with some signs of spotting moving upward a bit. Now adjusting PH closer to 6 than 6.5 to account for the PH climb over time. Breeder says 4 more weeks, scope will tell. Pics are from today.

Today is Day 49, end of week 7 from sprout for the Original Glue Autos. Pots getting light on the 6th day now, down from every 7th day. All watered and fed flower nutes, Budswel and cal-mag today. I swapped in the 3k bulb yesterday; cabinet interior now a faint pink shade vs bright white. Stretch is over, now waiting for the buds to fill and fatten. The one Glue plant with the apparent deficiency is doing fine so far. The CMXL auto back-up is a champ, with thick frosty buds already. Should be a few more weeks to chop, maybe longer for the Glue Autos.

Today is Day 56, end of week 8 from sprout for the Original Glue Autos. All watered and fed flower nutes, Budswel and cal-mag yesterday. I trimmed off some ugly leaves on the one with issues and also the spent fan leaves. The one Glue in the back right corner has really thin buds with small calyxes, not sure how much it will bulk up in the next 2-3 weeks. The CMXL auto back up front right is fading and turning purple...super frosty. Pics are from today.

Today is Day 63, end of week 9 from sprout for the Original Glue Autos. All watered and fed flower nutes, Budswel and cal-mag yesterday, 6 days since last water/feed. Not sure the straggly Glue front left will fill much more in the next 1-2 weeks, but calyxes are starting to swell. The other 2 Glues are swelling up nicely, including the ugly plant right rear. Nirvana says 10 weeks for the Glues, will scope a bit this weekend. The CMXL back left corner continues to bulk up...it will yield over 2 ozs for sure. It is probably ready now, but I need to harvest all together as my cabinet is also used to dry and cure.

Today is Day 70, end of week 10 from sprout for the Original Glue Autos. Scope shots of upper calyxes are mostly cloudy, some still clear and little amber. I will scope again this weekend, but chop is likely early to late next week. Nirvana says 10 weeks from sprout...pretty close. The lanky one will get a trim, dry and cure...may be a bag of calyxes for joints, maybe turn into capsules or hash...we will see. That is a weird pheno. I will try the joint stash approach first. The CMXL is purple all the way...love those genetics...from my seeds on a limited find from my CMXL Auto grow. Pics are from today.

Today is Day 74, mid week 11 from sprout for the Original Glue Autos. Scope shots yesterday showed solid cloudy with some minor amber on the upper calyxes. Decided to chop all today, now hanging in my all in one cabinet to dry. I did a little wet trim on dry fans or those that fell off easily. This grow was really stinky...blew out my 4” filter which I installed new for this grow. The plants will dry for around 5 days down to about 63-65%, then trim and into glass jars for the initial cure to 59%. I’m estimating total dry bud yield will be impacted by the one stringy lanky Glue plant...like beads on a string. However the CMXL auto more than carried its weight as a late back up...the buds are all hand grenades of purple goodness. The other two Glues have nice fat frosty buds. Pics are from yesterday and today.

Time for Grow #5 yield and ending update. This is actually my lowest yield, auto or fem photoperiod grow, so far. I had germination issues with Original Glue Autos, 3 of 5 germinated successfully. I dropped in a CMXL Auto as back up since it fully finishes in 9-10 weeks from sprout. The CMXL initial hang/dry was 5 days and 8-10 days for 3 O. Glues, then into large glass jars for initial burp/cure. Yesterday, May 20th, I weighed all and packed into 1/2 oz. per jar. One of the 3 O. Glue plants was a wispy freak pheno with beads of calyxes, no real buds. We tried to trim but ended up washing the whole plant for hash...it was creamy primo...effects are intense and somewhat psychedelic. So from 3 plants final yield was: 1 CMXL 54 grams (1.93 oz.); 2 Original Glue 79 grams total (2.82 oz.)...grow total 133 grams (4.75 oz.). I also have a big bag of trim for another hash wash. The CMXL is very fruity/skunky and has a lot of purple. The O. Glue terpenes are not yet as pronounced...will improve with longer cure time. The Glue tester yesterday was powerful and stimulating, with some euphoria and a very relaxing indica finish. After 3 auto grows I’m going photoperiod next to have more control through veg.
