KamFam17 SO wohoo, officially season 21' starts! 1st diary. I built this awesome Germ/Veg box out of a few black and yellow HD bins. I had a bunch of extra lights from a few previous jobs.so I decided to build my own diy led board. I've seen Gromies in the past use CFLs for the same purpose. So I decided what the heck 14x 16w(100w) bulbs later. I've got roughly 224w's in a 24"x14" space. I'm pretty sure there is ample for what I plan to use this for. As work picks back up due to covid ill keep expanding. Soon to purchase a 4'x4'x80". debating on lights for that space. I will be starting a multi strain diary once ol snail mail delivers the new genetics :). Appreciate GL everyone

KamFam17 Transplanted from tray into 3gal sip. Total test run. Hope it works as planned! I’m considering adding an air stone into the water reservoir. Wonder if it’s been done.

KamFam17 Good to see temps are high but stable. working on upgrading to a 6” fan for the box. Also need a swamp cooler for garden area,as outside temps are already 75*+ will be finding a way to route the heat completely out of the area. Not sure if the wicking is working correctly or not. Time will tell. It’s been over a week and think we are smooth sailing from here. Res. Originally took 2.5 gal of h2o to fill res/absorb into “dry” lower bits. Feed the pot for the first time yesterday a total of one gal. Getting just to below my drain hole. Not sure how the feeding should go with this set up so we’ll see. Starting off at 50% strength recommended by Ff.
