WILLIAMSII_Fr_Farm Launch of 4 Garlic Mist seeds from Royal Queen Seeds > > 4 outings
Regular variety, hence the 4 seeds launched, I will see at the 1st week then make my selection at 2 weeks ; I will throw all the plants that will have the most Height (Very often sign of male) then I repot in pot of 7L afterwards.

I selected the stoutest one with the widest leaves. We'll see if I still have the eye for choosing females. It's been a while, so I might have made a mistake, we'll see. I still kept one that I think is a male for comparison... to be continued!!!

WILLIAMSII_Fr_Farm Big disappointment with the big Garlic Mist that I had kept and which turned out to be a male despite showing no signs. You can't win them all. So, I'm going with the second one that I had doubts about, and it's a female. It's under the ORGANICS NUTRIENTS range.

@Mrs_Larimar, I have worked with regular for 12 years and males still tend to stretch much more than females. It is true that this is not always the case, sometimes females also stretches a lot.
But from what I have been allowed to see, it is often a sign of male.

@WILLIAMSII_Fr_Farm,that was my sign too growing straight without having alot of laterals....
then i switched to feminized... and i could not be sure.... ive sen lots plants,, and i thought wow that looks very male.....
but anyhow........you are an experienced grower,,, and you know what to do

@Mrs_Larimar, Yes for feminized, it's another story... These will be more hermaphrodites tends male or female. I will make my selection at 2/3 week, it will give me time to see which garlic mist will have the head of a male. This is the only regular strain I've launched.
