This is the first time I grow this strain. I bought this seed in June of 2020, the package didn't say how old the seed was, but I would say that this seed is at least 1 year old.
I put the seed in a glass of water for 24 h on the 20th of January.
The next day I dropped the seed in a paper towel and waited for the seed to sprout. I was expecting the seed to sprout in 1/2 days but for some reason, it took 7 days for the seed to be ready to drop into the coco. I put the seed in coco on the 28th of January.
After I put the seed in coco it took 2 days for the seed to get out of the ground. The 30th of January was the first day that the seed started to receive light.
From the moment I put the seed in water, it took 10 days for the seed to start receiving light. I don't know if 10 days is normal or not, but for my last grow it took 4 days for the seed to start receiving light.
After this first 10 days, this seed still gave me problems. From my previous experience, when the seed breaks the ground, the shell usually stays on the ground, but this time the shell didn't stay on the ground, and it didn't fall on its own, I ended up removing the shell by hand after 5 days.
I ended up giving the first feed on the 8th day
DAY 8 - Nutes
PH-5.82
PPM-410
Solution Temp-22.7
Watering Volume - 0.8L
After the problems that I had in the first week, the plant is now growing normally. Is growing way slower than what I was expecting but that may be caused by the growing environment.
The temperatures are quite low this time of the year, when the light is turn on the temperature swings between 19-21, when the lights are turned off the temperature swings between 14-17.
The humidity swings between 60%-80%.
The extractor fan is still turned off because if I turn the extractor fan on, the humidity will drop below 50%.
I have the passive air intake open, but I don't think that is enough. I'm waiting one more week for the plant to grow a bit more so I can turn the extractor fan on, and install the oscillating fan.
Due to these conditions, the plant did not need water during this week, which is a very bad sign. I'm supposed to give water to the plant at least 2 times a week
Same conditions as last week. This week I was able to feed the plant 1 time, better than last week but still not the ideal amount.
In retrospective, I should've turned the exhaust fan earlier in the grow, 2 weeks without the exhaust fan on was a mistake on my part.
DAY 19 - Nutes
PH - 6.02
PPM- 991
Solution Temp - 25
Watering Volume - .8L
I introduced an oscillating fan this week, I was able to feed the plant 1 time, still not the ideal amount, the soil is taking too long to dry.
I feel that the main problem that I have now is the room temperature, during the day the maximum temperature is 21, and during the night it can go down to 16.
I would love to have these temperatures at the end of flower, not at this time.
Because I'm having problems with the soil not drying fast enough, I've been skipping on giving plain water to the plan, I've been giving nutrients all the feeds, I usually alternate between nutrients and plain water. The plant does not seem affected by this.
I feel that the plant is picking up, and is growing faster by the day.
DAY 27 - Nutes
PH - 6
PPM- 706
Solution Temp - 22
Watering Volume - 1.5L
Similar conditions as last week, but the plant is getting bigger, so is drinking more, I was finally able to feed the plant 2 times in one week.
This week I also introduced a foliar spray. I applied the foliar spray 1h after the lights turned off, next time I need to give it a bit earlier, right after the lights turn off.
I also used Mycorrhizae this week as well
I feel that the initial problems that I had been solved, the plant is growing at a normal pace now.

I did a bit of LST this week, to try to expose the new nodes to more light.

Continue with the LST this week, plant canopy is looking good, I also started to do a bit of defoliation on the lower part of the branches this week as well. I've also topped the plant one time.
Overall a good week. In a few weeks, I will probably need to install my drip system.

DAY 55 - Nutes
PH - 5.85

Continue with the LST this week, plant canopy is looking good and very bushy, I was forced to defoliate harder this week because the new growth was being blocked by the big fan leaves
Overall a good week without any problems.

This was the last week of veg, I always do 8 weeks of veg, but this time it was more like 6 weeks because I had problems at the beginning of the grow, I thought of giving an extra 2 weeks in veg, but I feel that the plant has enough size already.
This week I also installed the trellis netting.
Before I flip the plant into flower I did a major defoliation, leaving only the top grow and cleaning the bottom of the plant trying to prevent small buds from growing
I can say that this veg period started really bad but ended up turning ok at the end.

DAY 83 - Nutes
PH - 5.92
PPM- 2100
Solution Temp - 20.7
Watering Volume - 4L
Everything running smoothly, only problem that I'm having is with the enviroment, humudity is a bit high, arround 60%, and temperatures are very low, doesn't get above 20.
I will need to install a few dehumidifier to see if the humidity goes down and the temperature goes up.

Everything running smoothly, I was able to fix the humidity and temperature problems that I was having, I installed 4 humidifiers causing the humidity to fall to around 55% and the temperature to rise to 25 during the day and 21/22 during the night.
I also did medium defoliation this week, I will probably continue defoliating until week 5/6
DAY 97 - Nutes
PH - 5.89
PPM- 2630
Solution Temp - 22.5
Watering Volume - 4L
This was the last week that I did defoliation on the plant. I defoliated very heavily the plant this week, I removed most of the fan leaves and a ton of small bud sites that would only generate popcorn buds.
Unfortunately, the defoliation did not go as planned, I accidentally cut my trelluse net and remove one big branch by mistake, but the plant looked like it bounced back and is not showing any problems.
This was also the last week that I gave mycorrhizal and applied foliar spray

Really good week, with temperatures between, 23-27. Humidity was really good as well, always below 50%.
At the moment I'm on the 63rd day, according to Barney's website the plant should be ready to harvest between 60-65 days, and I have to say that information is spot on.
I'm just starting to see a few trichomes turning amber, and the top of the plant is starting to lose the dark green colour.
I will definitely harvest next week, I'm just not too sure if I should feed nutes one more time, or if I should flush straight away

This week I just flushed the plant. I think I could have feed nutes the first day of this week, but I decided to flush from the first day, something to improve next time. I think I should have given the last flush one day before harvest instead of 2 days after, I felt that the coco was a bit too dry and the steam was not as moist as the previous harvest, this would have been great if I was doing 14 days dry, but I'm doing a 30 day dry, so this extra moisture would be great.
The last 4 days the lights were turned off, as a consequence, the humidity went up the last 4 days, around 56-58%, I don't think I will do this next time.
The total flower period was 72 days, according to Barney's farm it would take 60-65 days, I feel that those values are very accurate, my personal circumstances made me take a bit longer, but I barely saw any amber trichomes at harvest day.

I ended up going on vacation for more than a month while the plant was drying. Due to this reason, the plant dried for 38 days. This was not ideal, and I think that is why I'm a bit disappointed with the final product, for me the drying and the nutrients that I used are the main reason this run was not very successful. The strain was super resilient and extremely bushy, but very easy to grow, definitely recommend it.
