This week was again just watching her grow, watering every other day. I was worried of having too low pH in the soil and decided to give just water one day instead of water + nutes. Other than that, feeding her normally.
The smell is amazing and strong, and the buds are getting fatter every day. She is developing fast, maybe 1-2 weeks more until harvest. Can’t wait!
After mixing nutrients with my tap water, the pH of the mix is around 5.5. Should I use a pH -up product? Plant is showing a slight nitrogen deficiency.
My tap water base pH is almost 8.0, but the Biobizz nutrients bring it way down. I am using 50% of the recommended dosage.
Yes you should. Your ph needs to be up in the 6.5 range. If you have no ph up baking soda can be used in a pinch. But baking soda it raises your ec so be careful if you use it. Cheers
I noticed some brown patches on
my leaves late into flowering, almost as if they were dirty. I started flushing a week ago. Is this normal or should I do something? The plant is almost ready to be harvested, maybe one week more.
Hi mate, I wouldn't worry too much about it now. You are so close to harvest it won't make a difference. Next time don't flush and and trust the cure. That's where the magic happens. good luck and happy growing
Amazing grow! I am just realizing these days how different the grows are even if the strain is the same.
Mine is one day 63 and the bud are developed like your day 47.
Great work! 💪
@iorabiadopo, thanks! It truly is amazing how each grow is so different. I was comparing my plant with other diaries throughout my grow a lot, and the differences are huge. Extremely happy with my results! Good luck with the final stages of your grow!
Looks great, just doing my first grow and at day 13 my plant is well behind yours at that stage think I might be underwatering .... when you say you watering every other day has that been throughout? I'm now giving 0.5l per day every day... should I go 1l every two days instead? TIA
@chrisg79, hey! I think 1l every 2 days is way better than 0.5l per day (depending on the pot size, I have a 8l pot and giving 1l of water at a time). The plant needs a dry period to be able to use the nutrients in the soil effectively. In the beginning I was watering every 2-3 days, depending on how the soil felt. Many people suggest watering whenever the top inch or so of the soil is completely dry - this is what I have been doing. If the plant is underwatered it is pretty easy to spot, the leaves are hanging and the plant just looks sad and tired. However giving it water will bring it back to life incredibly fast. Overwatering is a lot more common than underwatering!
