After a long wait, I recieved my growing setup and it was time to start growing some buds 😎 Day 3 from planting the seed popped and something green was sticking up from the soil ☺️ I bought soil from my local gardening store and it has perlite, compost and some nutrients in it. I am growing just one plant as the country I’m currently living in, is not allowing larger grows. This is my first ever grow so please feel free to share your tips and tricks 🙌🏼

First week started well and I noticed that the seedling grow day by day. However on day 6 I noticed that the seedling was really tall and was a little twisted from the top. After a little google search I found out that my light was way too high and thats why the seedling just got taller and taller. After I fixed the light issue everything went well 👍🏼

The second week has started well and now the plant is starting to look like itself. On day 11 I started to give some food to the plant. I’m using HESI starter pack and I am going with 1/6 from the normal dosage on this week. On day 12 I noticed that my plant was leaning to the other side a bit, so I decided to support it with two sticks to make it grow straight. Day 15, my girl has grown so much this week, new pair of leaves are just popping every day. I noticed that two of the bottom leaves have curled a little bit from the sides, is this something I should be worried about? Or could this be caused by my grow light being too close to the plant at week 1? Day 17, the last day of Vegetative week 2 and damn the girl is growing fast, I have fed her 3 times now in total with 1/6 dose of my Hesi fertilizers and she seems to love it. Can't wait the veg week 3 to start when I will start to do some low-stress training for her.

Week 3 has started well, the plant looks really healthy and I've noticed that it has become thirstier, I've been watering it now every 2 days and I'll give it a 1L water at once with 6.9PH. The only thing which I am concerned about is the height of the plant, I've noticed that it grows only bushier and bushier but the height is almost the same as a week ago, I have done a lot of research and what I have found this shouldn't be anything to be worried about as I am not under/overwatering the plant. But please if someone more experienced grower sees this, let me know if you notice something I don't, all the tips are more than welcome! I've fed my lady twice this week with 1/4 of the recommended dose of nutes, I also gave some hesi booster to her first time this week. I have started low-stress train her this week and it seems to work great. I have decreased the humidity and temperature a bit this week as well (22c and 45%) Week 4 has now started and I will post some pictures at latest by weekend 😎

The fourth week has started nicely and our baby girl is looking beautiful and healthy, I started to low-stress train her last week, and oh boy we can see the results, new nodes are just coming every day and the plant is getting really bushy. I am not worried about her height anymore but I have been thinking that should I start to remove some of the nodes/leaves that the lower part would get more light? Let me know what you guys think and if you have some tips feel free to share them. I am really happy so far with how well my first grow has been going and damn I've been enjoying this! This week's changes: Temperature from 24c to 22c Humidity from 50-60% to 45% I have also given her a bit more water, about 1.2L - 1.5L per every 2 days She is getting 600-700 PPFD, depending a little bit on the spot I haven't given her any nutes this week so far but I am going to raise the dose from 1/4 to 1/2 of the recommended dose. Happy growing everyone!

I'm sorry guys that I couldn't update you more on week 4, I was pretty busy with other stuff. However 5th week has now started and Jack is growing well and healthy! I made a huge change this week as I switched on both switches from my grow light (VEG and Bloom) so the full spectrum is now in use and oh boy we can see some rapid growth. Also, this week has been all about pruning and LST, at first I was a little scared to cut some of the leaves but now I have seen how huge an impact it has made and new bud sights are just developing every day. Everything has been going well so far and the plant isn't showing anything alarming whatsoever, happy growing everyone! 👉1L water per 48h 👉1/2 recommended veg nutes and 1/4 recommended bloom nutes 👉PPFD is between 650-900

Week 6 and the flowering period is going strong, I have noticed a very minor nutrition burn in the very top of the leaves but hey this is my very first grow so don't be too harsh on me 😄 I have dropped the water PH level from 6.9 to 6.5 and also I have started to feed her with flowering nutes this week. I also tried a very special trick this week and I gave her some fizzy water instead of normal water and she seemed to enjoy that a lot, I came across this article in one of the forums and some growers have said that this can boost the growth magnificently. PPFD's are in between 800-1000 So far everything is going well and I can't wait to see how big she will be next week 🙀 Happy growing everyone and stay safe <3 ---------------- Week 6 has just become to an end and Jack is looking beautiful, I haven't done any changes after my latest post, just a little bit of pruning that's all. I uploaded a couple more pictures so check em out!

Sorry for not updating the diary in a while, I have been very busy with work, and also I had some issues with the grow so there wasn’t much to show honestly. First, my plant was having nitrogen deficiency I believe and then I burned her a bit by giving her too many nutrients at once (I know what a beginner mistake huh🙈) But after all this, I cut her yellow leaves off and she has been really well for the past week. In these past few weeks, I have learned so much about growing after making so many mistakes so that has only been a good thing. Even after all these troubles, looks like she will produce some really nice buds, some of the buds are already pretty big and are just growing and growing every day. Please let me know what you think how far away we are from harvesting?
