Put in soil 2021-02-20 13:40
Used eggs trays in soil to facilitate transplant.
Covered with kitchen film to keep humidity. It worked really well to keep shells moist so they didn't got stuck in the cotyledons.
Applied a little fertiliser, just 900mL at 1mL/L for all the plants
Started LST
The biggest plant in the middle wasn't branching so much so I topped it
Continuing LST and minimal defoliation, just leaves that cover bud sites and some that touch the substrate.
They are staring to flower so next week will be flowering.
Officially starting flowering week.
LST on small plants and a bit in big ones to rearrange some bud sites.
Defoliation to clean stems and leaves that are too close to the substrate.
Added some worm castings on top of the substrate.
This week changed light from HID to HPS
Little LST to adjust final position of branches and minimal defoliation, only some leaves that covered bud sites and micro buds in lower parts of the plant
As the HPS lamp doesn't emit so much heat as the metal halide one, I lowered the lamp to 35-40 cm above the canopy
Some plants are showing Mg deficiency due to the RO water, mixed some tap water in. I don't like my tap water because it has a ph of 8+ and builds up lots of mineral deposit really fast. According to researches our water is like 800 ppm (I don't have an EC meter). I will buy epsom salts to supplement Mg.
Added some bio bloombastic to the bigger plant
Fighting thrips manually :( As the plants are flowering I don't use pyrethrins anymore so they are thriving now T_T
Just another week not much happened
Added MgSO4 for mg deficiencies
Smell is getting stronger so I turned on the carbon filter this week.
Temps are getting cold here but the lamp keeps the girls warm.
Did last watering with little fertiliser, for now on just plain water.
Night queens are showing dark coloration, probably due yo lower night temps.
Countdown for harvest started.
Last week of flowering. After this week they will be 2 days in darkness and ten will be cut.
Trichomes are looking good, mostly cloudy with some amber.
I'm still need to improve, not so sure how tho....
Some plants got a decent size, still not any close as big as the references of the breeder or videos of pro growers buy still double than my anterior autos. Some plants, despite having 18L pots grew like cannabonsais.
I think I was late with the floration nutrients, considering the time organics take to be available.
Maybe lowered the light too much, some were a bit light burned.
Very pleased with the RO water, my tap water is just too hard.
These plants where a bit behind in production.
NQ2 gave kid of fluffy buds, it had more buds than the others but not so good looking.
