Started this dairy late. I only have a few pictures during veg so I'll just leave them out.
First time grower growing mainly Dutch passion auto ultimate.
2 are in week 1 of flower. Also flowering is 1 white widdow silver leaf.
Another auto ultimate and dr lemon currently in early veg, week 2.
RH fluctuates from 40-50%
26c daytime 20c night time temps.
Feeding everyday. Sometimes twice a day. Roughly 3l per plant. 20% run off.
So far everything has gone well. Started with a few different things. I did use a scrog but it was kinda pointless. I was LST training a bit too early at week 3 and I topped the white widdow. A lot of things I won't do next time. But you learn from mistakes.
The smell is mild. Some days a lot stronger than others.
Week 3 had some weird problems. Probably down to a bad ph pen. Runoff was roughly 4.9ph so I had a lot of yellowing and possibly nitrogen deficiency. I will upload again in week 4.
Mad stretching. Having to still slightly lst to get even canopy. Only slight weaving.
Started to feed smaller pot more times a day. Starting at 3. Possibly the other 2 larger 5 gallon pots too.
Sorted out the ph problem. Got myself a decent ph pen pen buffer. Plants starting to green off again. Resin production on the plant that had stress is in overdrive. Not too sure if this is caused by all the stress it's gone through.
Looking really nice and smelling like a zesty citrus. Smells nice.
Only defoliating leaves that cover main flower sites.
Changed over to full bloom using only a tiny bit of calmag. All signs of ph problems gone. Run off measures steady at around 5.8-6.0. 750ppm using dechlorinated tap water. Ppms are around 180 out of the tap. Still waiting on my RO machine arriving.
Smell is getting better and better. One pheno of the auto ultimate has mega teichome production. Probably from all the stress I caused it lol. Oh well. 1 less main top but overall more resin. Not sure if that's why but I'm gonna tell myself that so I feel better about snapping it in veg lol.
Installed rhino intake fan and an extra os fan above the light to help with air circulation.
Temps around 22-28 can't seem to keep it stable. I'll be moving soon so I'll be able to properly exhaust air out of the whole room instead of just out of the tent.
Thanks for reading. Technically not into week 6 flower yet. 2 more days.
Bud mass and trichome production well underway. Just started feeding Ripen.
2-3 weeks on that then gonna run cannaflush.
Looking at around another 5 weeks
2nd largest plant. Looking rather juicy. Still another 2 weeks ish. Starting the flush tomorrow.
Particular plant had a lot of stress. Ph unbalance. And flushes twice due to salt build up. Also snapped the main top from this lady.
Looking rather nice regardless
Still week 10 but I'm just slow and don't know how to edit weeks lol.
The general size of the plant is insane. Around 20 main budsites. The pictures honestly don't do it justice. The buds are literally the size of rounders bats.
To say I'm happy with this as a first time grower up to this point would be an understatement.
I would more than recommend this strain to any grower. Especially the beginner.
It's managed to stay relatively happy even tho I struggled a bit with temps for the first few weeks. Highest I got to was 32c so. All in all a durable tough and gorgeous looking plant.
I look forward to seeing what other strains end up like from Dutch passion.
10/10
Week 12. Purpling off. Im not too sure if this is natural or a deficiency. I did hear that it can be phoserous deficiency.
Starting to flush from tomorrow so. Hopefully its not a deficiency
