I have received a lot of products from last Sweet Seeds contest, so let's start a new year grow, this time with Crystal Candy Auto! Germinated in just 24 hours, it looks promising.
In the next few days I will transplant it into the final pot.
Thanks Sweet Seeds for giving me the chance to grow this strain, it was on my to grow list since I saw some juicy diaries here on growdiaries.com :P
Everything is going well, it's still early, but she is growing faster than the others germinated on the same day.
We'll see in the coming weeks!
She is very nice <3
Crystal Candy Auto is super grown this week! She has grown a lot and looks like she's a fantastic plant. On the 15th day she showed sex, she is a miss! I added a photo for the sweet seeds masquerade contest, for this time Mya and I played two young hippies, I hope you like it and remember..
PURR4PEACE 😂😂
We are just at the end of the third week and Crystal Candy is already in a hurry to be ready! It's the first time I've seen such a young plant in this bloom phase :)
Unfortunately I believe that this one will remain small, so I will try to make it perform at its best, it will certainly take very little time :) I have started to give the nutrients for the flowering phase, for the moment it responds well, even if it is difficult given the rapidity of growth. We had also a very cold week, hope this will not influence so much. See you next week!
Spring hasn't started yet, but everything is in bloom here! As I thought the plant went into nutrient overdose (it bloomed quickly and it was hard to know how to regulate myself), so I only gave it water until mid-week and now I'm starting to give it some nutrients again with minimal doses. Flowering is going well, the baby is filling up with white pistils and the very first trichomes are beginning to show. The smell is not very pronounced yet, I can't wait to find out what it smells like! 🌸
Welcome to the new week of this amazing girl. Flowering is going well, every day there are more and more pistils and trichomes, from next week I think buds will get fat and gaining weight.
We have finally left the winter behind, welcome back spring! 😍
In the last days of the week the temperatures have raisen as I hoped, the little girl was starting to suffer from the cold judging by her purple stalks. For now, I'm giving her water every three days, but she's starting to feel more thirsty. I uploaded first photos for the Sweet Seeds Easter contest, I swear that no animal was abused to take these shots 😂😇 Indeed, the "bunny" tried to steal my chocolate 😈
See you next week, good luck with your grow 😘
Happy Easter everyone!
Here we are at the end of the sixth week of Crystal Candy. Buds are starting to gain weight and the main cola is taking shape as new pistils are popping up. I love to see how every day she's becoming more and more frosty, her smell begins to be strong, especially when I give her water my room is filled with a fruity exciting scent! She will be sweet and tasty, as I like it 😛
Yesterday the new led finally arrived, in the end I bought the Spider Farmer sf2000, as soon as it was turned on the difference was incredible and finally my eyes will no longer suffer that pink light!! I m excited to see how it will behave with the new grows. I think in 3 weeks this girl will be ready, can't wait to give a puff! 😈
We're almost done!!
Crystal Candy XL Auto is getting fatter every day and I love to watch her buds fill up. When I enter the room her smell comes straight to the nose and hits you with a mix of berries and lemon, very sweet! 😍 The trichomes are mostly milky, a sign that the harvest is close to now. 💪The plant has also started to be less thirsty. I believe that next week I will start the flush. I hope the buds will be even more dense and juicy in the next few days. This is a super sticky, frosty wonder and a real satisfaction to grow. I almost feel guilty about having to chop her 😅
The eighth week is also over and we are getting closer and closer to the end. I thought Crystal Candy would gain more weight this week, but more and more pistils and small buds keep appearing, so I waited for the flush. The smell of this beauty has finally reached its peak and yes, it feels like being in a candy shop! 😍😍 The trichomes become more milky making my little lady sticky and frosty. I don't have much more to say as we are practically at the end of this adventure. Tomorrow I will start washing the roots, so I think this is the last week, next Monday I think I will chop her to make room for the new arrivals! 🙌
I think this time we are really close. The leaves have begun to turn yellow, the trichomes are almost all milky with first amber appearing, the pistils are almost all orange .. am I wrong to say that there are no more than ten days left? 😂
I found a couple of nanners on her too, but at this point it doesn't matter. I can't wait any longer! The smell is always sweeter, it looks like jasmine or ylang ylang, it's really nice when I woke up 😚
Good morning community! This week I flushed Crystal Candy using Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish twice within three days of each other. Finally a good 20% of the trichomes have turned amber and very few have remained clear, while the rest have a large opaque and milky head.👍 In the past few weeks we have had a lot of cold days which I think have stressed the plant, which this week started producing dozens of bunches of bananas (as you can see from the close up), so today I will harvest her. I have checked several buds for seeds, but for the moment I haven't seen any and the neighboring plants doesn't seem to have been pollinated 🙏, in any case I have cleaned the whole growing environment with water and alcohol. The next photos will be those of the harvest! 😍💪
This was a really good adventure, I learned a lot of new things growing the Crystal Candy XL Auto, first of all knowing how to wait. This is a strain that takes time to give its best and I treasured the advice received here on Growdiaries that has allowed me to really improve the quality of my crop. A huge thank you especially to @sweetseeds for giving me the opportunity to grow this super tasteful lady! 🙏😍
