They seem good. I’ve went light on the nutes to be safe. New to hydro. Not sure what light height should be. I started at 17 inches went up to 19 inches now. The branches seem really close together but she sure is pretty.
Good week. I switched out the water and nutrients this week. A little trouble with ph but I think it will come around. Topped the plants and trimmed a few fan leaves. I hope it wasn’t to much.
The ladies are getting bigger. I have the lights turned up to 100% now and feel like I should flip to a 12/ 12 light cycle. The smell is starting to be noticed when I open the door. I’m loving the progress so far. I have given them a little more nutes than posted just doing smaller doses twice a week instead of one big one. Not sure how much time to wait to flower after topping but they seem fine to me.
I’ve made a few changes. I had 2 small led lights ( 100 watt each) and switched it to 1 bigger one ( 240 watt). I’ve been increasing my nutrients and adding them 2 to 3 times a week. I just switched the light cycle this week so we will see what happens.
Ok I made a few more changes. I added co2. No meter yet to see what my levels are so have it turned down real low till meter arrives. The leaves were sagging and pointed downward so I upped the nutrients a lot and they responded quite well. Now the leaves are straight out and they look happier. I am still seeing a few spots on some leaves but it’s only on a few. It has gotten taller and bushier so I am sure I was under feeding them. I also can tell I messed up topping one of them and I only FIM’ed one ( the taller one) over all I am happy with how they are growing. My new light kept heating up my water so I insulated my tank. I will change the water this week and keep you updated
It was a good week. I’ve been increasing my feeding. 3 times or 4 a week. And increasing how many milliliters per feeding also. They don’t seem to mind one bit. They are doing good to me but it’s my first time. If you see anything I can do let me know.
It was a good week again. They are budding nice. Pistils everywhere. I’m guessing the size of my tote is why they didn’t get any taller. The inside of the tote is full of roots. I will change the water next week. There feeding has increased also this week and they still don’t seem to mind. So far so good I think just letting them do there thing. I’m not removing leaves or training anything. Just letting them grow. If you see any way to improve let me know.
Ok this week went bad. I have been increasing my food for the girls and they seemed to like it. I would just pour it in the hole I made in the top of the tank. I don’t have a circulation pump and what I think is happening is too many nutrients or something isn’t mixing right. Anyways the leaves are curling and it’s getting brown spots and crunchy leaves. I am changing my tank, giving it straight water for a day and see if that helps. I am looking into adding a pump to move the water in the tank around also. If you see any way to improve let me know. I will keep you posted otherwise. Thanks
My girls really took a turn for the worst. Not sure what’s happening, but they are getting real orange , leafs are getting crunchy on the tips then the hole thing dies. No nutrients, I’m flushing it, I think it might have a lock out or I did something wrong. See what happens.
Things just got worse. They don’t like just water.I’m scared the whole flower is going to yellow , so going to harvest now and cut my losses as the say. Hop it go better next time.
I had a out of fun. Tried and didn’t quite get there, but next time right? If first you don’t succeed, try try again! I got 7 quart jars loosely filled. Maybe an ounce per plant. Peace love to all thanks for the support, I will try and post the next one , it’s already under way.
