The twisted leaves are coming from too much light for the young seedling. If I'm reading your diary correctly it says they're under 650 watts of HID light right now, 650 watts is too much for any seedling of this size, and HID is pretty intense light. I would suggest raising the light so it isn't so close to the plant this along with a little love should have your seedling looking better in no time.
The curling is because the cold air in your room gets heated too fast because of the hps bulb, the stomata in the leaf closes. Its nothing bad as spring will soon come. When its warmer they will be fine
