This plant was NOT topped, it has grown two separate main branches naturally after about the 4th node..
Very interesting plant, some of the nodes below that had 4 branches per node, rather than two.
Branch development is unusual to say the least on the recent growth, it’s not the traditional two branches followed by two offset by 90..I haven’t quite found a pattern to it but it’s like 3 branches per node.
I’m excited for flower. This should yield some dense buds hopefully.
First time doing CBD
This is my first time growing a high ratio CBD plant. This is supposed to be under 1% thc and somewhere around 8% CBD. Any considerations for growing to take into account? she kinda looks to be a heavy feeder, is that expected? Any general advice would be welcome. Thanks
Grow it just the same as any cannabis plant, its requirements are exactly the same, only the chemical composition of the trichomes is different.
The fact that it is a "kush" strain with heavy indica influences would indicate that it likes "good going".
I don't know why "cultivating CBD strawberry kush is possible but not advisable", but I guess you should proof read what you are copying and pasting before posting what you have copied and pasted!

Things going great this week..
She’s starting to show bud sites..
I noticed the top buds might be doing that mutated double bud thing where two grow right next to each other..
Real excited for this one to flower and show her buds!
So this thing has been such a pleasure to grow so far, it’s definitely mutated somewhat. The main branch split around the fourth node in the two main stems almost like I topped it although I did not.
Also, the nodes do not grow like normal, where there’s two branches per node, and the next one up or below is perpendicular to that node.. these shift like 120 degrees every node.. so in the space of one regular node you have 3 that are on 120 degree offsets if that makes any sense haha
She’s such a thick foliage grower, the buds are coming in and developing real nice. I think she’s gonna be a huge yielder.
Definitely makes me want to try out the regular strawberry Kush strain from ILGM if it’s anything like this one has been so far!
So she’s in a different room now because it’s a Herm.
Lots of bananas popping out.. caught it about 7 days ago or so..
Luckily I got space downstairs where I got some carrots and cucumbers started for the spring haha
Smells delicious tho, real fruity
Cut yesterday.. smell is out of this world. I’ve heard ppl say their plants smell like such and such fruit but this is on point berry.. strawberry, little grape, and a defined sweetness.
This CHop is a bit early as it hermd and needed space.. couldn’t continue flower with other plants with out risking pollination..
