If you only put one sheet, it will absorb little water and may dry out, so you should use more sheets than not enough. Once the sheets are in place, pour the water from the glass over them, but not too much, just enough to moisten the entire surface covered by the sheets. This way, you will have enough water to germinate the seeds without needing to wring out the paper. Once the sheets are damp, place your seeds on top, and cover everything with another layer of a few towels. If you are in winter when you put your seeds to germinate, or if the temperatures are below 20°C, place the Tupperware on your box or modem until germination, but always avoiding contact with light. If you are in a temperate or warm climate zone, you just need to place the container with the seeds in the shade in a cabinet or storage box. Every 24 hours, you should check the progress of the germination. If some have sprouted but not others, take those that have germinated to plant, leave the others in the Tupperware, and check again the next day.
