Don't think you have any nutrient burns amd if they would be really no problem, if you not sure give them the next time first only clear ph regulate water and after the water with nutrients but should be anything to worry about
Don't worry about the purple stems, you will see later on in flower that they will get a red to purple colour and leaves get a dark purple coulour later in flower if you drop the temperature in the night for few degrees
