Hi everyone,
A lot has been happening this week.
I transplanted the girls into their final 10l pots. They got an extra one teaspoon of Dolomite mixed in the soil to make sure they don’t run out of CalMag since I’m using RO Water.
I decided to have 4 girls in coco/soil mix and 4 in coco/perlite mix. I’m exited to see the difference! I can already see a bit faster growth for the ones in coco/perlite. I set up a camera to make a time lapse for next week 😉
I started LST on the main stem this week. It usually takes 3 times of adjusting the wire in order to get an even canopy, I do it with ca. 1-2 days in between them.
I noticed a few burns on some of the lower leaves after the transplant. I don’t believe it’s something to worry about, as they grow larger they will eat more and more of the nuts and they will pretty fast stabilize.
I feel quite optimistic about this grow!
Enjoy! 🍀
Thank you very much for trusting our strains, and sharing your experience.
And thank you very much again for the score of 9 out of 10!! 👏😍❤️
We hope you enjoy the harvest 👌
Sweet smokes!

Hey👊, Great start👍.
I like your gravity idea😏, all taps grow down instead in circles and different directions.
I will try that next time for sure.
Luck!!
@Green_Dream, I had a gorilla fem that only went a couple weeks into flower over the winter and died due to very very low humidity and it was still some sticky bud! Definitely going to have to give it another go lol
@L_Tetragrammaton,
Thanks, I’ll keep in mind.
I still have some more Runtz left and also I got the Gorilla Girl auto and Bruce Banner auto from SweetSeeds for the next runs. I also got some Lemon Kix auto on discount from Dutch Passion, they look very promising!
@Green_Dream, the cheese from FastBuds is phenomenal in my opinion. The dark devil from sweet seeds is a little finicky but one of my absolute favorites. Everyone always if I have any of it (smoke sesh/ not for sale lol) it’s a really pretty connoisseur day smoke (my preference of course)
That’s interesting that they are doing better than the ones in straight coco. Does it vary by strain in your experience or is the coco usually better? I usually mix in a little strained coco with my ProMix and really like the mix avoiding the inevitable cal-mag deficiency.
@L_Tetragrammaton,
The girls get bigger faster in coco since it’s basically hydroponics and the roots get more oxygen.
Ideally I would have them watered 6 times a day with a drip system.
Unfortunately I didn’t have time to set up the system this time.
And I did the mistake of amending the coco 3 weeks before transplanting the 3 week old girls. My intention was to give the bacteria and all other good guys time to start growing in the coco. But I imagine that in these 3 weeks the nutrients started decomposing to much, making the coco too hot.
It’s just a theory of mine.
The 3 Blue Criticals I have look so much better and larger. They got the coco amended right before transplant, and they only got the BioGrow powder then supplementing with BioBloom and Calmag from biobizz.
I’ll will definitely going with this method in the future. The only inconvenience is that I have to hand water pretty much every day, as liquid nuts clog the lines of the drip system.
They are about ready to harvest, what size pots are they I am getting a weird reading when I see the size in your diary, the XL versions of their strains normally produce very well I average about 65 Grams per Plant of dry buds from Sweet Seeds, I bet your Rundz smokes well!
Good luck with your harvest!
@MrJones,
Thanks!
They are in 10l pots.
As I said, I don’t blame it on the strain. It has been the first time I used these amendments from Green house feed and I still need to find the right amounts, which is a bit trick I find when working with autos, since the veg and the blooming phase blend in.
On top of that there were the bugs as well.
So... it is what it is.
Plants look like top quialty genetics flowering in sync seems like you have a steady pheno type showing, gonna keep watching these girls .... I've 20 plants all sweet seeds through my own dairys
