Getting into Week 5 now, weather and conditions look great: high 70s, sunshine and consistency which is all welcome after a near record-breaking heat spell. Compared to my previous GC Hindu grows, this plant is much behind schedule in terms of size/branching but I'm just glad it's still alive after being ripped out and transplanted. I will hold off on the flowering nutes until I see white pistils, so far we are still much in veg.
Day 31 - Starting the pre-flower stretch. Yesterday I worked 1/4 cup of used coffee grounds into the soil, to help maintain low pH and add trace nutrients. Tomorrow, I will add about a 1/2 cup of screened steer manure blend compost and work it into the top layer of soil. I'm hoping that will be enough nutrients to get me to where I start noticing the pistils. From there its Tiger Bloom.
Day 32 - Picked up a bottle of Dr. Earth 3-2-2 Liquid Fert. and gave this plant a dose today. As recommended, 4 pumps of fertilizer per 1/2 gallon of water. Gave this plant about 4 oz of fertilizer solution and then 500mL of water. Fourth leaf set is developing well.
