@GeOMaTTiC, we do understand. He was very vocal about the crappy product he recieved and customer service was ridiculous. I'd be a little upset if I spent the money he did and recieved what he got! I won't be shopping there anytime soon...

@Bostongirlgrows, It certainly isn't a small package. While I wasn't looking to change any of my tents, I would happily do so when I'm this situation. I would love to see a side by side comparison, I'd already be willing to bet this setup would be the winner.

@HiNorthRiver, are you a ac infinity rep?? profile is less then 5hrs old and the first thing you do is like and comment on this contest and like things in this contest nothing more. Who would create a burner account to say their mind about this, its not even controversial talking about your experience with them, especially if its positive?? So, who are you??? I have no doubt they have good customer service the majority of the time, I expressed "I had no issues with AC infinity before" that's not the topic here. Its the way they handled this one case and how it was documented. The fact that after NoBodysBuds was banned for expressing his frustrating in memes and all they had to do was remove them. There are much worse things happening on this site that do not get users banned but this does. its just dumb flat out. But thanks for stopping in and trying to do some damage control. maybe stick with the official branded account.

@m0use, ac infinity is pretty known to have great customer service. Just reach out to them yourself to see for yourself. So if one guy is have beef with them then more likely he was being a Karen like demanding free sht next day air or something.

@Hempy_The_Kid, I hate the saying the Customer Is Always Right, as they are not lol. But i get the gist of what you are saying. they should have tried a bit more to correct the situation after it kept getting worse n worse. O well. Not my company lol.
