@GeOMaTTiC, we do understand. He was very vocal about the crappy product he recieved and customer service was ridiculous. I'd be a little upset if I spent the money he did and recieved what he got! I won't be shopping there anytime soon...

@Bostongirlgrows, It certainly isn't a small package. While I wasn't looking to change any of my tents, I would happily do so when I'm this situation. I would love to see a side by side comparison, I'd already be willing to bet this setup would be the winner.

@GrowingGrannie, That is more than likely just their default setting, as I've seen it happen before many times. Sometimes it goes right away to the counter, sometimes it does this.
