@Doctor_Gonzo, prob not to far off with that thinking. I've also seen it in past contests.
In the end its fast buds contest and the can change the rules whenever they want and apply them however they see fit. No real oversight just make something that looks good and you'll have a good chance at winning.
When the prize is a ps5 though I have a feeling they will be invested into jugging them so no trolls win or real shit diaries win like DOTM sometimes.

@m0use, the worst part is that not fallowing the roles is not guaranteed to disqualify people from winning competition on this site. I see people win creative photo contests with snap shot of the buds, zero creativity used to take those photos. Someone without videos will most likely win this month.

We have changed the contest to allow multi-strain diaries, so long as they are all Fast Buds, and all harvested.

i cant upload videos in any of my diaries for long time and apparently i am not the only one , have a folder with all my videos to upload to all the diaries asap, trully hope GD resolves the video issue asap . growers love everyone and best of luck to you all <3 <3 <3

In principle, all conditions are acceptable. but I doubt that there is a diary where there is a video every week. I think 99% of diaries will not be able to satisfy the last point.
and another question. You donβt indicate that you need to participate with your varieties. Does this mean that any diary from any manufacturer is accepted for the competition?

@Zurban_Poison, I've done videos every week before. It's becoming more and more common on contests. simple little fly buys on the tent and plants or mixing nutrients or feeding them is all it needs, now if the site allows you to upload them is the question lol.
to your 2nd question It says fast buds diaries only in bullet point rules but this might have been added on in the last few hours.

Wish I had my Fast_Buds started now. Nice to see another regular contest. I will be able to enter this contest soon. Luck to all, Fast_Buds is pretty big, so I can see this being a contest that has hundreds of entries every month. I hope it is Fast_Buds choosing the winners, as I have seen the GD team pick some winners that others definitely should have won instead.

Great idea, does that mean we can only enter contests for the month we harvest report the grow. Eg I finish a diary in April, is that the month I should enter the diary into the contest.

@Sciolistic_Steve, I don't think so mate. I get that feeling this competition is going be strict. People may possibly get away with the occasional video missing but I bet the judges will be on it. If you look the judges will be fastbuds, so shit should be judged properly.

@Hashy, not sure if there was an edit after your question, but as it stands while Im reading it, it suggests that it will depend on when you harvest for a monthly entry with only the first including last month's harvest as well.

I tough I have checked them all π€€ when checked December competition few days ago there was none with videos on each week but yes another rule is the harvest month. @Ju_Bps, Should be good with that, that's what people do for diary of the month. As long as it's a recent grow and harvest during the timeframe, you shouldn't be forced to put all eggs in one basket, spread them out to have a better chance. That's exactly what I do with the meme contest, I can't put out all my best ones in one month, as only one can win.

I start 2 grow in same time, harvested in real same time.
If I publish one of the two harvest in January and one delayed of 1 month, will be eligible to reach February ?

@Meat_Mistress, A lot of people get nothing but error messages and it wastes your time trying to upload videos. Take so long to upload a video, then when it is resizing, bam, error message, something went wrong.
