I can’t upload videos from my Camera on GD idk why,I’ve emailed them but still haven’t received anything back yet,I hope they will fix it i guess 🤷♂️

@JuanHaze_Arg,im uploading from my pc,from my cell phone how many times have I uploaded photos that don't open and have an error ,and I have to figure out which photo opens and which doesn't so I can upload them from the pc.Hope this will change

@Fast_Buds, I've reached out to GD as well, via chat on here, and through email. I have received zero reply to either. Hopefully sooner or later someone will fix the issue with uploading videos and photos... fingers crossed!🤞

@Shinsimilla, winners have been chosen. Bugs seemed to have cleared. Hoping this does not happen again. Before these bugs, I was never this late on choosing winners (maybe by a couple of days sometimes) so I promise I wasn't making lame excuses. I've been checking weekly on these contests, and while there are STILL diaries that have bugs, the ones that qualify (which are few) are all visible now and have been chosen. Sorry for copy and pasting some of my answers on the contests that were affected... it was just the easiest and fastest way to communicate clearly. If this ever happens again, which i hope it won't, I will be sure to personalize the responses for each contest.

@Fast_Buds, can the first run of thus contest not require a video every week? Most people don't take videos of the plants unless they started that plant for a contest that requires it.

@Doctor_Gonzo, we will need videos, think outside the box; maybe videos of your set up along with the plants , feeding or watering them, how you prepped the medium, etc 😀

We have finally been able to choose the winners, while unfortunately most of the diaries uploaded did not fulfill criteria, Because of that, we had to go against some of the criteria for 2nd and 3rd place., which were great diaries, however did not quite follow all of the rules.
1st: @GREENPHOENIX6262 variety of photos & videos each week and thorough weekly descriptions
2nd: @mydeardiary while there are not videos uploaded weekly, which was a rule, the amount of photos uploaded each week is great and the extremely long updates as well. Also a very cool & unique diary to watch progress.
3rd: @Dictator This one was choses for the photo quality, very beautiful photos each week.

@@MyDearDiary, Nothing has been changed, we have only just now been able to announce the winners. The previous order was just a default order on Grow Diaries system, but not actual winner order. you and 2 other users won the top 3 spots.

@Fast_Buds, So isn't this like a middle finger to the few others that followed the rules as stated? There was I believe 4 in all. Why set rules if you are not gonna strictly follow them? I don't care about the prize. Congrats to the winners. I hope in future contest you guys follow your own rules for selection is all I am getting at.

@Roberts, Unfortunately only 1st place followed the rules completely from the information we gathered. The rest of the diaries did not, so 2nd and 3rd were chosen without hitting the criteria completely. The majority of the diaries being too old to be included in this contest in the first place and secondly not having the correct content uploaded each week.

We all understand that the website has been reconstructed and there may be some problems with the competitions and the selection of winners. maybe you have a lot of other things to do.
but this is already becoming systematic, which is very alarming.
I don’t believe that not one employee of Fastbuds or Growdiaries did not have 5 minutes of time to write to the competition participants about the problems that arose.
Competitions with PlayStation are simply a disgrace for both of you. you didn’t even bother to write a few words about them. as if you promised nothing to anyone. behave like companies created yesterday that are ready to do anything for the sake of self-promotion. and you already have a name that you don’t value, apparently.
You already have 3 competitions hanging in the air without answers. This is what I remember over the past months.
I'm just infuriated by such attitude towards the community.
In the future, write in the description of the competitions that there is a chance that we will screw you.
or I will write this under every competition that you will hold in the future.. and the proof of my words will always be these 3 competitions and links to them..

@Zurban_Poison, I understand the frustration, I really do. Trust me I was also very frustrated by not being able to complete a promise that we made. The issues were something we could not control and they were also something we didn't forsee happening to make our job of choosing winners, such a difficult task. We spoke with Grow Diaries several times over the months letting them know about the issues, and we were told several times that they were working on it. Finally we are able to fairly choose winners. That being said, a lot of diaries here did not really follow the criteria in order to win.

Single strain diaries only. Most of us grow more than one strain for variety! I'm doing a 2 strain fast buds ff run, but can't enter! Bummer!

@GeOMaTTiC, Really if only I thought of that !!! It's actually why my statistics are low !gram per what e.t.c . Previously ran 3 strains 2 of each, 6 total over a pound but 3 individual diaries,1 for each strain but stats go off the yield of indavidual diaries, for example maybe 6oz instead of actually over a pound instead of a gram per watt it's like 0.3 gpw, not that it really matters to much, it's not why I grow, it's just one of the things that's nice to know
