@GeOMaTTiC, Yeah I wouldn't bother even signing up for this because I submitted like 3 applications and nothing no sends no email saying that I wasn't chosen to get seeds, just nothing lol. @TheCannaProphet seems to be the only one to have received seeds from them. I was researching them on Google and some ppl call them a scam company idk

@DaGrowQueen, Agreed, it would be nice to know we weren't selected, even a message in here saying anyone that hasn't been contacted yet wasn't selected, that way we aren't possibly saving a spot for it, only to find out we wasted the space. I personally had a spot for one, but then filled it since they didn't reply. I still have room outside for two more, but at this point I wouldn't even bother with it.

@TheCannaProphet, Mine have been bouncing aorund the states for a week and a bit now. someone else I know had theirs delivered last week and they filled the application a day after myself. Maybe Canada shipping is extra special and takes forever but I have had the USPS tracking link for a while now just moving very slowly and not even picked up by USPS official carrier yet some third party, then its got to enter customs and get to Canada. weird,

@grassynoll, seeds are only legal here if purchased thought the official channels approved by the government. Other vendors shipping into the country is a coin toss, customs can withhold em if they want, you won't be charged, just won't get them. Shipping within the country much easier, our government does not seem to care to crack down on none regulated resellers.. yet. I think they are still trying to tackle the black market dispensaries operating in loopholes of the laws they made lol. Sending anything across borders is subject to even stricter regulations overall. On that note, Yes; I could very well ship out of Canada to USA and not likely have a problem, fake return address or none at all is one way of making it easy and basic looking package, their goal is to intercept bigger shipments not smaller. Its just not something I care to do unless I know the person personally. @SmokieMcPot, its a standard application IMO. one stop, fill in all the blanks. This way they don't have to do back in forth to get missing information. Sure it sacrifices some personal information but I'd hate to manage a contest where you have to follow up with contestants to find address and then half don't respond or have semi paranoid questions. just give em everything at the get go and filter out from there. FYI if you have your address upload onto your profile GD saves that info and can give it out to any host if they ask. I also have a feeling they save any old address, emails and name changes as well. One host let me know they has multiple emails for a troll account, they tried emailing one address before grow diaries banned the troll, with no reply and shortly after the ban took place the host reached out to grow diaries and they provided them with new"im guessing old" contact information. all to send them the prize after getting caught cheating. Plus the massive data leak that exposed thousands of users personal information that grow diaries made no mention of... lol Use a rented mailbox with a prepaid credit card bought with cash in the next town over and burner phone if your truly paranoid, also a VPN and tor browser.
