@GeOMaTTiC, it's amazing how nice people are when you don't act like an asshole.

@GD_Enforcer, firstly the asshole comment was a response to Geordie, not you. It takes a month or two for the sponsors or growdiaries to get in touch with you and always has, every prize I've won has been like that and never felt the need to complain. The only company that refused to send me anything was QB-gon. Growdiaries was nice enough to get another sponsor (Fastbuds) to cover it for me when they have no obligation to and I'm very thankful for that. I have dealt with fastbuds quite a lot and they are always friendly and helpful, they may take a while to get back to me, but I would rather they put paying customers as a priority and help me when they get a gap, which might take a month or 2. Just imagine that they sent you that mail saying they are working on it and it'll take a month or 2 every contest you win. Yes, the service with contests here might not be perfect or as fast as you might want, but you get what you pay for and this site is free. If we all complain without understanding how things work here, it could make it a really easy decision for them to just stop and close the site. You will get your prize, so just relax and try to be grateful for the opportunity rather than get upset because they don't respond quickly. Patience here will help you more than complaining, it's only done me good, so I would highly recommend it.

@GD_Enforcer, Hey there, we completely agree that we should have been faster at choosing winners here. It was our mistake to think we could have chosen them in one day, just a day after the contest (which was Xmas day itself) and in hindsight, should have given ourselves more time to do so. We will do our best in the future to give more thought into the time it takes to choose winners for specific contests as some require much more deliberation than others. That being said, once we choose winners, we have to wait for other parties to compile the winners information and send it to us, so it goes through a few different processes, which can cause it to take more time in general. Again we apologize for the delay and will do better in the future.

@Fast_Buds, I did my best 🤣 The seedlings are only 6 days old today, so definitely not ready for decorating. I love Christmas though and really wanted to enter, so I had to get creative instead 😀
