lol lets have a repeat of last year when a new brand on the site with less then 200 Diaries takes first place on "Best Breeder" vs other established brands who have 7000+ diaries but some how that brand with less then 200 is voted top of class....the fuck... I don't trust the results of this vote let alone the ability of GD to weed out influence from the brands. grain of salt with this.... or maybe a whole bag of it.
And if the site is as many users as they claim, why are the votes only maxing out in the 200's. should be in the 1000's, shit legit does not add up.

@Ph_cubed, Cookies seed bank. the contest link for last year is on the main page still. GH was bought out by scotts miracle grow,. TA is the real GE now, Maybe this is why they don't list em?

@m0use, literally the best breeders aren't popular on here. I have never grown absolute fire from any of the top 5 breeders on this site. All of the best stuff isn't listed and the top breeders are literally paying to be in those spots

@m0use, the thing is that people don't. People still flock to these sites because they believe that these are the best seed banks and breeders because they have the most harvests or highest ratings. That's why I call bullshit publicly whenever possible. The people deserve to know. I wonder how many people quit growing because they thought they were mediocre growers and might as well buy from Jimbo or Bob or the dispo and it was only because they are fucked around by seed companys and nutrients.

@AestheticGenetix, I don't know if its that bad. I grew some nice plants with shit seed, but I also knew i was not going to be growing AAAA buds. Before i started growing I did a bit of reading and taught myself a lot of the stuff I now know. Some of the onus has to be placed on the grower to educate themselves but I 100% agree "this" the vote is misleading.
Hopefully users will read though the comments and see the ones like this that point it out and make a better choices on what they do.

@For2itous, none but I've also grown absolute fire. I'm not a breeder or even in the Industry. I don't have the reach that you're implying I should have for whatever reason. But also you should pay attention to who hosts the cups and whose winning etc etc. it's there own cups they're winning lol, it's not because they have the best in world

, The brand from last year in question that won was Cookies, and they are amercian owned from my understanding. GD is European owned, I don't think they are the same entity.

@00110001001001111O, I have heard rumors their was a 2nd database leak and all saved address, emails, usernames where compromised but not for everyone. getting doxed sucks, but getting doxed when its taboo in your country is even worse and GD should ban and block that IP/address from ever getting back on the site.
