This is actually a Potassium (K) deficiency!! Lower leaves develop chlorosis and tip/margin with rusty and chlorosis (burn) Does the "fish fertilizer" have any potassium in it? because the "bloom natural" has none. While you think Potassium is required only in flowering but it's, like other nutrients, needed throughout the whole grow in changing dosages. Hope you know that in fertilizers the numbers on the labels are the amount of each macro nutrient in it (N-P-K, or for example 3-4-5). Hope this helps! Good luck and happy growing :)

Thank u for u answers. I've been told its nutrient burn so I flushed them real good with straight water, yesterday (1/8/21). I'm gonna water them again tomorrow with fish fertilizer delayed.

Looks like you fed or transplanted with some “hot food”. Too many/much nutes. It’s not uncommon for clones to yellow a bit, but upon transplant they should harden off.. ✌️🏻💚🌿

I would say the damage was caused by giving them "bloom" nutrients with too much phosphorous and potassium being applied to young plants that are still very much in their "grow" cycle. Young plants need nowhere near as much of these two major nutrients when "vegging" as compared to when they are flowering. Also, young plants can do with quarter to half strength nutrient solution, as a much safer option, to prevent burning. It is far easier to treat a slightly underfed plant than it is to rescue one that has been over fed and burnt. Try giving just plain water for a couple or three waterings, as this will allow for some of the excess accumulation of P and K to be flushed out/diluted, before returning to feeding them with a weaker "grow" nutrient mixture (1/4 or 1/3 or 1/2 strength), and the new growth should return to normal. Hope this helps,.... Organoman.
