Calcium/Magnessium deficiency?

Hello, This Holy Punch is my 1st grow. Doesnt drink much. She is on biotabs. 4rd day flow. Does the spot on the fan leaves mean there is calcium or magnessium deficiency? Ignore the burned tips - I have overfertilized with Orgatrex but that has been contained. I worry about spots

Since you grow on biotabs you probably ain’t ph your feeding water because it’s not needed with bio-tabs..do you know the ec or ppm of your tab water?where I live tab water is really hard..about 0.9ec so I don’t really need extra cal/mag but a Friend has a water softener instald,he adds a bit of cal/mag to his watering on biotabs but normaly you can even use rainwater witch has practically zero cal..I don’t think you have to worry much just don’t use the orgatrex for a few weeks.. Happy growing and stay safe ✌️🌱

Dear responders, you truly are a wonderful community. So helpful, I did not expect that. Couple of words of explanation: the medium is soil, this is week 7 (1st week of flowering), I use only biotabs and boom boom spray (also I have used leaf coat as I have suspected there be some pests, just in case). I'll happily agree with your opinions that this looks more like overfertilization than deficiency. I don't PH the water because BioTabs said the soil life will regulate it but I have turned off my water softener (it produced lots of sodium); I do monitor EC though, in micro-Siemens and I do add water when it falls down to ~500; the maximum was almost 3000 which is too much a bit. The pictures are looking like the exact plant leaves, I did use DSLR camera to keep the colours according to the reality and the leaves are dark green (which would also confirm the overfeeding theory). I do hope that without any more food this will regulate itself with just water. Once again I would like to thank you for both advice and kind words and underline that you are the community I was searching for.

Strongly agree with anyone else who has said this looks like overfeeding.. This does not look like a deficiency. If the foliage color is indeed true to picture. They are quite dark.

Hey buddy :-) If you suspect overfeeding, I would rinse the double pot volume with pH-adjusted water that has an EC value of 0.4 :-) The Ec value is best with osmosis water 0.0 and stale normal water (chlorine can escape if the water is stale) 👍) mix together until it gives an EC value of 0.2. Then add Cal / Mag until it is at 0.4. Set pH value at earth about 6.0 to hydro / Areo 5.6 - 5.8 :-) D Good luck 👍🍀

That does look similar to a calcium deficency. There could be a few reasons for it based on how you are growing. 1. If you are growing in coco you need to suplement calmag the whole grow. If you are then id bump up the dosage a bit. 2. Make sure your ph levels are correct in either soil(6.5-6.8) or coco(5.5-6.0). If your ph levels are off your plants wont be able to absorb certain nutes. 3. If you are growing in soil, its entirely possible that the soil you used may not have enough calcium in it. In that case add a calmag or bump up your dose. 4. If you are using distilled/reverse osmosis water then you usually need to suplement with calmag. Overall first thing to try is double check your ph levels going in and coming out as run off. If your run off is measuring very high or low make sure to flush your plants with a ton of correctly phed plain water until the run off comes out at the proper ph. If thats not your issue, up your calmag supplementation.

N'hesite a venir me contacter si tu le veux. Bon courage 😊
