Baby plant not growing

One of my tangie matics (n°1) is having some issues, it is very small and has weird leaves with a dark color. At the begining i thought i watered too much, but now im thinking it could be genetics. Let me know what do u guys think, sweet smokes<3

As you say, it could be the genetics or the fact that you overwatered it, but don't worry, if you take care of her, she will grow well. Try to water her little by little.
