Baby plant not growing

One of my tangie matics (n°1) is having some issues, it is very small and has weird leaves with a dark color. At the begining i thought i watered too much, but now im thinking it could be genetics.

Comme tu dis cela peu etre la génétique ou le faite que tu l'ai trop arrosé mais ne t'inquiète pas si tu prends soin d'elle elle va bien grandir essaie de l'arroser petit a petit

Humidity problemI all, I’m at second day (early veg) an already humidity problem. Need to increase it.. is around 65 in dark, an 50 under light.. I also have an high temperature to decrease, for that I put the cfl lamp very far.. is the only solution that I found.. any suggestions?

My plant wont grow in height!She had a hard first 2 weeks, it was not the optimal condition for anything. Is there anything i can do now to help the plant grow. I know it is going to flower soon and with current hight it is highly disappointing 😕 ,Ill be lucky if i get a bud.
